This location has gotten a lot better. Their delivery people are on the ball, the pizza is well made and tastes great, and I haven't had a lot of problems.
My one issue, and it's a minor one, is that they always deliver my "delayed orders" too early. If I tell them to deliver it at 9:30pm, it shows up at 9:15 or even as early 9:00. That's kind of worrisome since I'm always then early to receive the pizza. Also it really sucks to have to let the pizza get cold waiting for company to arrive (and they're usually on-time).

I JUST ORDERED YESTERDAY FOR THE FIRST TIME AND I LOVE IT! THE FOOD WAS HOT AND DELICIOUS. THE DELIVERY DRIVER RYAN CAME TO MY DOOR KNOWING IM IN A WHEELCHAIR AND DELIVERED MY PIZZA!!! I LOVE SARPINOS!!!!!!!!!!

We have ordered here twice and have been very please both times. the pizza is great and Sarpino's offers so many options to please even the pickiest of eaters!

This location has the least reliable delivery system I've ever encountered. Delivery times are wildly inconsistent, and more often than not the pizza arrives late. The coupon system is a hassle and makes ordering difficult. In the past, the staff there have offered discounts and free pizzas to make up for mistakes, but the simple truth is I would rather not receive any free pizzas if it meant I could order a pizza for the same price every time and have it delivered during the time frame specified. However, the service at this location seems designed to do the opposite. I have been ordering pizza for well over a year and have seen zero improvement.
