I deal with MANY restaurants and customer service over the phone during the course of my day as an Executive Assistant at a very large hospital in Houston, Texas. I wanted to make sure to give a great big thank you to "Vin". This was the first time we've placed an order with this restaurant and I can assure you, I've shared this information with many others. I always order pizza from this location and would recommend it to anyone looking for THE BEST pizza around. My family loves dining in and enjoying the friendly staff. I have never once had any complaints about the service. When we have our order delivered it is always within a reasonable time and hot. If you want THE BEST PIZZA order from Sarpino's, you will NOT be disappointed.

Today, was my first time ordering from Sarpino's and it will DEFINITELY not be my last time. The food is simply AMAZING and all the ingredients on my pizza were fresh. I also would like to thank the cashier named Maxine for being patient with me and helping me find the deal suitable for my family and our budget. The driver Eric was very nice and arrived before my expected delivery time. The food was still hot. He also brought all my requested dips and an extra menu for me to look over for next time. I will recommend Sarpino's to anyone looking for quality pizza and excellent customer service. This company actually cares about the customers needs and wants. Thank You Sarpino's Staff. I will be ordering shortly from you guys again!!!

I have been ordering from this Sarpinos for at least 3 yrs. it is the best pizza I have ever had in Houston. My favorite pizza associate is Maxine, she makes my pizza the most delicous pizza ever. Be sure to ask for her when you call. She ia a great associate of Sarpinos. She is courteous, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I think she is the best :)
