Wait was supposed to be 45 to 1 hour. I called to check. Now they are telling me 2 hours. Never going to use them again!

Absolutly love this pizzaria!!! For years I had been getting the menus on my front door and never tried them. One day after being tired of the same plain pizza and wing delivery I tried Sarpinos! I fell in love with the service, the people and the many food options! The only thing I regret is not ordering from you guys sooner! Thank you for your exceptional service and tastee food!! ;oD

Sarpino's Italian sandwich with Italian dressing is one the best sandwiches I've ever eaten. I will order this again.

Canadian Classic pizza was incredibly good, and the crust is so good - no doubt a well made pizza.

Pizza was cold... I've had good luck with Sarpino's before, but this time I had to reheat before I could eat.

I LOVE Sarpino's. The food is incredible. My only complaint is lack of receiving paid for extras. For about a year now, I don't add the tip until I make sure I receive the paid for extras. This has worked well. Tonight based on recent successes, I ordered and pre-paid tip. BIG MISTAKE. I didn't get my paid for extras.

I really love this place I don't have a car so I order slot and all of the drivers are always so friendly.....

Me and a co worker placed an order. We were told it would be sent out...an hour later I called back and the person says he told his driver it was out of range but we were not made aware of that my Co worker heard the conversation. I am severely ...... off. I work in fast food...that was bs

I stopped ordering from Sarpinos because the quality went down along with the service. But, since I love their food, decided to give it another try and wish I hadn't. The food was flat out COLD!!! I also order the meatballs on the side but they added it to the meal. I ordered several different salad dressings and there wasn't much more that a table spoon in each container which cost 50 cents each. That was my last order from Sarpinos!

Great pizza. Just what I've been looking for. I will order from them again and again. Wish their delivery area was larger. Tried to order and have delivered to work and it was out of delivery range.

Ordered a Mediterranean pizza. Received it with sausage and pepperoni. Called them to correct it and was told that I read the menu wrong? And then he hung up on me. Go read the menu... And know how to make a pizza. Terrible customer service. Will be calling tomorrow to complain to corporate. I have the name of the rude employee.

The online internet ordering service was not working correctly, we had to wait 2 hours for our pizza and we did not receive any compensation for our troubles.

I order from here often and their pizza is quite delicious. I had to leave a positive review because of all of the bad ones I have seen... that is quite a shock to me! DELICIOUS and delivery is the quickest I have ever had.

I LOVE the food. I don't always get the extras paid for or free. I am curious as to why crushed red pepper is no longer an option.

I had a Pepperoni Calzone delivered to my work place the other day...I was quoted 40 minutes and it got there in 30!!!! The Calzone was SUPERB, tasty, hot and the aroma drove my coworkers NUTS!! HAHAHA

I love Sarpino's! Let me list the reasons: No minimun delivery, no delivery charge, 10% online discount, they don't skimp on the sauce, 1 free dipping sauce, take orders until 1am. Since my husband introduced them to me, we almost never order from anywhere else. The wings are meh, and the pita bread is much better for the sandwiches than the other, but the pizza, calzones, and pita sammies are awesome.

This was my first time to try Sarpino's. They are very close to my home and I really wanted some pizza. The pizza was great! A little smaller than i wanted but since it is just me eating it, it was awesome. It was also kinda awesome that the delivery guy knew what the poster was in my living room. All in all it was great. Only downside was that the delivery person didnt knock, from what it sounded like was trying to open my door rather than knock to let me know he was there.

We decided to order Pizza from Sarpino's after boredom with Papa John's and Domino's. I have to say, we are impressed! The pizzas are wonderful. The crust delicious! The delivery was within the timeframe. Thank-you so much! You will have returning customers!

YAY! The food is always amazing. However, I've had issues with the extras -- dressing, cheese, pepper. I decided to give Sarpino's one last chance to get it right. Tonight, the delivered food came with all asked for extras. And as always, the food rocked. YAY!

I love Sarpinos! This place has so much more variety than your other pizza places and has been great service all the time for me so far!

The salad and pasta rocks. However, I asked for extra salad dressing, and I didn't get it. The food is good, but the restaurant skimps on extras -- even when paid for.

I ordered a "build-your-own" calzone. I work for another pizza chain, at it was the best calzone I've had in Austin. Delivery was as quick as you could expect on a holiday and the food was hot and very fresh.

I love this place! Great pizza for a great price. No delivery charge or minimum order amount was the deciding factor in trying Sarpino's for the first time, and I was not disappointed. My pizza was at my door literally 30 minutes after ordering online - hot & delicious! Fresh ingredients, awesome crust, best pizza in North Austin/Pflugerville (and I've tried them all.)

I LOVE your food!!! The pizza is ok but it's the pasta that I love along with the meat sauce. The meat ..... are great as well. Can't forget the calzones either! YUMMY!!

Some family / friends of mine are visiting Austin due to a family member being in the ICU unit. We stopped by Sarpino's, as it was recommended by one of the nurses when we asked what the best pizza place in town is, and if it's anywhere close by. The manager was very patient as we looked over the expansive menu, and even offered some personal suggestions of his favorite menu items. Our meal was excellent. We tried the new Mediterranean pizza. Delicious! Thank you, Mark!

I was not satisfied with my order. Sarpino's graciously offered credit. I am impressed.

I had never heard of Sarpino's until last week. My friends and I went there for lunch and that was the best pizza I had ever had. So after work that same day I stopped and bought a large pizza for dinner to share with another friend. WOW

we order 4 pizzas which totaled $49 when we got the pizzas 2 pizzas were slid to the side of the box and 1 one the large pizza the ranch poped open and was all over the pizza the smaller pizza the ranch spilled all over the pizza only 1 pizza was looked good and when my wife called to complain and get new ones deliverd the manger was very short and rude and hung up on her

I enjoy Sarpinos food very much, but I think your location in Austin should have a large delivery Area. I live 5 miles down the road from this location and was told they wouldn't deliver to my area. When I asked why my neighborhood was listed on the magnets they hand out the response was "those are old magnets" There are 4 large subdivisions in my Area, Pizza hut and Papa Johns deliver there, despite being further away than Sarpinos. I will still go to Sarpinos but only when I am in the area, otherwise myself and the 4 other neighborhoods will have to get delivery from someone else.

Sarpinos is great; not just your food, but also your customer service. A gentleman named Bill was excellent-he really cared that you received the best service, and the best food. Thanks, Sarpinos!
