I called up to the bucktown Sarpino's and i think the guy name is Andrew or Andre not sure because he was talking so fast and like he didn't want to be at work. I asked to place and order and i couldn't even get my order out and he was cutting me off thinking he knew what my coupon was, which he did not! I corrected him and spit out the total and did not ask for my phone number,no name no address no apartment #! Said 35 45 and hung up! He was so rude I called back and cancelled my order based of his customer service alone, when I did he said no problem CLICK! I called back to speak to a manager he would no answer the phone! Sarpino's Bucktown will NEVER get a dime out of me!

Pizza & greek salad were awesome. Arrived quickly and hot. Great experience. My favorite delivery pizza since I've been in town almost a year. Thank you for not cutting it in squares!

this is the second time i have ordered from this sarpinos location and it will be the last. i have been charged for extra dipping sauce (gardinera, which i requested in addition to ranch) but have not recieved any, twice now. if you do not have something is it company policy to charge them for what you cant deliver? if they didnt have what i requested i should have been contacted and given options, one of which would be NOT CHARGING ME for what you dont have or have no intentions of delivering. 49 cents isnt much but if i am paying extra for something i expect to recieve it.

I ordered a pizza and it was not delivered. No phone call was made, the buzzer didn't ring, etc. I complained and after a couple days received a call from a manager who said he would process a refund. This was on November 3 - and after several emails and phone calls the refund has still not been processed.
This service is appalling.

(Alex from the bucktown location) took my order and a very professional and courteous manor. Please see that he gets the recognition for this comment. The delivery time was reasonable and the food was excellent. By far the best pizza to order in the area. Thank you and look forward to ordering more in the future . Mr. Samuels

I usually love sarpinos and was really excited when they opened one in bucktown just a couple blocks away from my house. However it did not live up to expectations this time. When we got our pizza it was barely warm and the crust was doughy, which i thought was weird since the toppings tasted severly overcooked and rubbery. The pizza was also very thin-barely thicker than a sheet of paper. I know they are a newer sarpinos and i will give them a benefit of the doubt and hopefully will improve with time.

I left specific delivery instructions for the delivery guy, "ring the doorbell for 2R, it is below the mailbox." 2 hours later, no pizza yet, so I called and was on hold for 10 minutes for them to tell me they'd send the driver back out. He called the phone number associated with my boyfriend and I's shared account (he was at work, so didn't answer), but he never rang the bell like I specifically put on the order. 20 minutes later he showed up with a cold pizza without an apology.
I'm always a loyal and satisfied Sarpino's customer and I'll probably never order from any location again after how rudely I was treated when your employees were the ones who didn't follow directions.

Ordered online.. and got my pizza in less than a half an hour. Used a coupon and saved some cash too. I don't my pizza too wacky.. 1 or 2 toppings.. but never been disappointed. For the price.. you can't complain. Or I guess you can.. if they eff up your pizza. but the haven't effed up mine!

I ordered two pizzas from Sarpino's this evening. One was a large pepperoni pizza, which came out quite nicely. The other was a pizza that was split, half and half, and was supposed to have been half italian sausage and pepperoni, half ground beef, lettuce, tomato, salsa, cheddar, sour cream, onions, and no tomato sauce. What came in its place was a pizza that was half pepperoni, half pepperoni/italian sausage. After waiting for and receiving the delivery, we opened our box to find the completely wrong pizza. Mildly frustrated, I called the Sarpino's to have the order corrected. Mild frustration soon turned into overwhelming exasperation, as the person who answered the phone was, not only, completely unhelpful, but wholly argumentative. Aside from refusing to correct the order, I was told the mishap was a result of something I must've "done wrong" online. Now, I'm not technologically savvy, but I'm fairly confident that I wouldn't have accidentally not checked the boxes for lettuce, cheddar, ground beef, onions, tomatoes, and sour cream for the left side of a pizza and, in place of all of that, checked the box for pepperoni only. The response by your representative to my issue was so inadequate that it has now caused me to come on to your website and waste 10 minutes of my fun holiday time to issue this complaint. All in all, not great news. And not a great experience. Thank you.
