We tried to order for the first time to give Sarpino's a try. I order and person told us 30 to 40 minutes. After a hour I called back to see where the order was and the person on the phone said that she didnot see the order. Then she said that she remember taking the order and she goes on to tell me it is still in the oven. I believe the order was ever taken This would be Ok if is was not a hour and 20 mintues past when we order. So she said it would be at my house in another 30 minutes or so.
So we cancelled the order and she hung up on me.
So we are not pleased with tring to cover a mistake that was made and hanging up on me. Just admit that something went wrong.

On 11/17/12, I wrote a review about my experience with the Chaska store. I am please to report that the mgmt contacted me and offered a $20 credit along with a medium pizza and cheese bread. I not only received an email from Jim, I also received a follow up phone call, which was appreciated. I will try again soon and hoping for a good experience.

Today was the first time I have ever had Saprino's pizza. I was greeted at my door by the nicest delivery driver I have ever come in contact with in my years of ordering pizza. To top off that amazing service, the pizza was better than I expected, and I had high expectations due to everyone saying how amazing it is! THANK YOU!

Great Pizza I have never have a Pizza with such of great taste as Sarpino`s it really brought me back to Italy Rome, great customer service and good and clean Restaurant, always on on-timing for our deliveries. Thanks you Guys keep up the good work. Arthur.

I love Sarpinos. The service at the Chaska location is always excellent and the pizza is my favorite!!

I just wanted to put a note in about this.
I think Sarpino's product is excellent and their topping choices are great. We live about 6 miles from the Chaska Sarpino's and while I can't justify ordering it anymore, the owner seems like a great guy and I think they can do well if they just limit their delivery area a bit. I feel they can't guarantee their normally good product at this distance. I will continue to order from them if at my in-laws in Chaska (only about 1/2 mi away)!!!

Always excellent pizza, Cust serv. and great lunch special!! Just open earlier on Sunday during Football Season, especially when the Vikings are UNDEFEATED!!!

Outstanding work on a customized Classico Italiano last night. Flavors were perfect and alive, delivery was prompt.

My earlier review actually referenced earlier experiences with this restaurant. Last night's order was perfect.

They occasionally mix up the order, but they usually get it right. And when they do it right, it's very, very good. Very tasty.

I wish their online form would let me order for delivery to my house; it gets a bit tiring always phoning. I'm all of 3 miles from their store, well within the Chaska city limits.

But for all the negatives, the pizza's great!
