Best pizza ever!

The worse Pizza place ever!! Please order from here with caution! This place SUCKS!! Working at a hotel, they give the hotel employee free tokens to use towards purchases! On several occasions they have given me red and green tokens along with a $5.00 rewards card. Here is my problem, this is the only location that gives token everyone else just gives a reward card. Working in the industry, I have recommended guest order from them and little did I know this is the worse place to order from! I called on Sunday 12/09/12 and placed an order for a large pizza and wings and I had 4 tokens and even told the guy 1 of the tokens is red. After waiting an hour, the driver shows up and give me the most nastiest attitude over the order when I'm telling him that this is the only location I have my guest call and that one of your drivers gave me this token. He went ahead and gave me the token but called me crazy when he walked out the door, so I ran out the door and gave the pizza and wings back to him! I immediately called back to the location, and asked to speak with the manager and told me they do not give red tokens and I told him Yes you do! No one else gives tokens beside your location! He would never give me his name after asking him several times and he proceeded to call me crazy too! Then he claimed that they havent had an order from neither of the 2 hotels I work at in over year which is a complete LIE! How else did I get the tokens then? Whatever the case, you guys are seriously off my list to ever order from! And I will no longer recommend none of your locations! As a hotel agent, Please do not order from Sarpino's! Apparently they need to fix internally, maybe start with that manager and management!

Typically I order online from Montrose Sarpinos. Tonight I was unable and was re-directed to the Diversey location. Delivery took longer than usual (likely due to distance) and the pizza wasn't its hottest when it arrived. We called the store and were promptly made whole without question. both the Montrose and Diversey locations employ friendly, attentive staff who consistently go above and beyond to maintain customer satisfaction. I'm always pleased with Sarpino's.

We ordered delivery online. Pizza tastes good but we didnt get italian sausage on it like we ordered. The creamy garlic sauce was not what we expected. It was thick like mayonaise and sweet. It wasnt very good as a dippin sauce for pizza.

My friend ordered from this place tonight for the first time.They actually delivered it early but i wasnt home yet.The guy called and said they would be back at a specific time.He was and my food was hot and absolutely divine ! I will order again from them .

simply the best i had a sclice of the pepperoni for $3 i believe the pizza slice was as big as the plate and it was delicious hit the spot for sure one piece was enough and i was pretty hungry great crust just the right amount of cheese and sauce they had 3 or 4 kind of slices available which i think is great the guy helping me was very nice and friendly looks like they have a good crew there ill definitely be back when im in town again

everything on their menu is amazing! their specialty pizzas are my favorites ! everything they use is so crispy and fresh and tasty ! the delivery is fast and i love that they deliver for free ! its the best pizza around!

First time order and I must say I was pleasingly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. The guy who took my phone call was super charming and helpful. The food came warm And on time. I would definitely order again. Delicious!

My friend and I are proud and frequent patrons at this particular Sarpinos Pizzeria. The staff is always helpful and nice. Especially the one with the dark brown hair. (I can't remember his name but, he did introduce himself to me.) I will definitely be coming back for more Pizza and I hope to meet more of the Staff as well.

new to the neighborhood and tried Sarpinos for delivery for the first time .the pizza was really good.delivery was friendly. we will definitely try Sarpinos again ,possibly seeing what its like to eat there next time. i like that they have multiple vegetarian-friendly choices .the selection of different pizzas here is amazing.they have something for everyone

Pizza so good it makes people second guess the stigma around chains. Only had a bad experience one time and I got a free pizza to compensate. Great service! Thanks for making it easy for me to eat without moving.

FREAKIN AWESOME! All these people with the negative reviews are obviously smoking something. Sarpino's is flippin sweet with good pizza, good prices, and nice delivery men. I am currently in a food coma due to the quantity and quality of that delicious pizza. Keep up the good work and stay sexy chicago.

I absolutely love this sarpinos compared to every sarpinos ive had. You guys make the pizza PERFECT every single time and im completely sad that i moved from lincoln park because the sarpinos on diversy was on point every single time....i ordered there so much that they remembered my special order or two blue cheese and two marinara sauces!! I love the sarpinos on diversy i wish i had some right now! Sarpinos ROCKS!!!!

I have lived in Chicago for several years now and I discovered this place a year ago. Since then, I've been ordering from this location at least twice a week and have never been disappointed. I can describe the food in one word - AMAZING!!!! They offer a huge variety of pizzas, salads , sandwiches and appetizers. I've tried almost everything on the menu and have lots of favorites. Yes , Sarpino's , this is how much I love your food. I have been to the other Sarpinos in Downtown but somehow this specific location leads with the quality of food, taste and service. I have recommended Sarpino's to all my friends and colleagues . From now on , when I have friends visiting from out of town , this would be the only pizza place and the only location i would order from !

I have never had your pizza before and I was going to suggest that you have an option for extra meat when ordering, prior to me eating it of course. But as I started eating my personal pizza I noticed that it was more than enough, next time I will order a larger size.
I will tell you this... I loved the pizza you shall hear from me again.

Pizzas were received exactly to order, and there were many little details: 1 cut in squares, lite on the cheese, cooked well done. It was all perfect and delivered in 30-40 minutes. Plus, it tasted really good.

it was some of the best pizza I’ve ever had. Really it is. The most important thing I've noticed was the amazing aroma, which I later learned was due to the robust sauce and soft cheese packed with flavor. The sauce tasted like a real tomato sauce and it had a nice oregano flavor.

Sarpino's Lincoln Park is THE cleanest pizza delivery joint in town. I work in the neighborhood and praise them for opening up a business at the Lincoln/Racine/Diversey location. It was much needed. The staff is overly friendly and the menu is phenomenal. For those who don't adore Chicago style pizza and want a basic thin, but puffy crust pizza, it rocks. Not to mention all the basic toppings, but unique items, too. I often order salads and sandwiches with custom requests to add and take off items. They ALWAYS make the order right. A chain name, but absolutely independently staffed and owned with dedication to their business.

Had a pizza delivered near 18th and Wabash. This was my third time and always great. I have bad teeth thus the softness and texture of your crust is perfect for me, plus they taste very good as well.

Sarpinos is the best. It's my favorite pizza in the city, and far from the most expensive. The service is great and your online ordering is a big plus.
