Sarpinos is unique for the Chicago area. Free delivery, an online discount of 15%, open late, and good food. Furthermore, the delivery is almost always within the hour, and the food is hot. This is the best deal in the Chicago area, particularly if you are ordering late night.

We tried to order food on Friday nite for delivery, but were told we could not pay with cash that you only took credit cards. What kind of pizza place only accepts credit cards? For this reason, will probably not be ordering again. This would have been our 1st experience with you.

i ordered a pizza tonight and loved it. i order from both sarpinos the one on lake and the one on archer and the one on archer is the one i choose. fast delivery to my apartment and no problems. definetely ordering again

First my visit to this location was great! the pizza was hot and delicious. the employees were very friendly and courteous. the restaurant was very clean when i arrived to pick up my order,not like some other pizza places i go to in my neighborhood. if you dont like sarpinos pizza then you wouldnt like pizza from anywhere, they are the best! i reccomend the super taco pizza and the spicy hot wings...mmmmmmm!

I have ordered from many Sarpino's and this location is the worst!!!! I felt like we were eating 5 day old pizza. They need to be retrained on how to make a pizza. Quality is terrible! They could learn alot from my favorite location at Sarpinos Pizza

They forgot to give me the dressing for my salad, but since I was paying with a gift card, I guess I don't really care that much. Everything else was satisfying overall.
Hey though--I don't think there's an option on the website for paying with a gift card. I had to call the restaurant. If there is a way to do it on the website, then it should probably be easier to find.

This pizzeria, open until 5 or 4 AM, is a nuisance to the neighbors due to the notorious noisy commotion caused by the Sarpino's personnel delivering pizza all night, and leaving the facility after hours at dawn. Loud music, slamming car doors, squeaking brakes, frequent alarms off all day and night are very annoying to the residents in the condo building in which pizzeria opened. My previous phone complaints to the managers resulted in no improvement.
Today early morning my request to stop the noise just under my window met with malicious comments and loud laughs of the people partying in the street there. Around 3 am they finally left honking and making a noisy show of speeding back and forth in front of the building. This cannot be tolerated.

Me and my boyfriend order from Sarpino's all the time. I love their hours and how they are so conveniently opened--there are no other pizza places that will deliver so late!
There food is pretty good. So far my menu selections have been on the safe side but I am pleased with the service. Sometimes delivery takes longer than expected, but I really dont mind because I know the food will be great- They have yet to disappoint. I love this place.

We got a flier in the mail stating that you deliver to Hyde Park, and 60615 is in your list of delivery zip codes, but the online web order form will not let us confirm "S Hyde Park Blvd" as a street.
We'll probably order "for pickup" and then call to see if it can be delivered or not

My name is Giovanna. I enjoy Sarpino's to the fullest extent but I have a few things i'm not comfortable with. I'm sure if other customers paid attention, they would have the same issue as I would.
If ordered online, on your food boxes that are deleivered will be printed #your name #your cell/home number #your address. I never knew such info was tossed around.
I usually don't mind such a thing but my apt got broken into and they took all of my identification. People do look in the garabge in the gang-ways and alleys. I'm not comfortable that my info is viewable on a pizza box. My neighbors in my neighborhood have agreed to stop deliever service from Sarpino's, i'm sorry to inform you of this.
Maybe you can handle your customer's information a safer and secure way without throwing off your employees. I also work in the food/beverage service industry. So you have my full understanding. I hope this is valuable to you and your awesome business. Put yourself in your customers shoes.
