My wife and I LOVE your pizza! We have a menu at home, and, using your 2-10" pizzas deal, are working our way through your menu. We've tried 11 different pizzas so far. Keep up the great work!

the delivery guy was very fast and polite. i am disappointed because when i put the order in i ordered a chicken ranch pizza and while looking for coupons it reset and ordered me a cheese pizza that i paid specialty price for. ill chalk that up to user error, but it didn't offer a way for me to review the order effectively before placing.

Very pleased--ordered on line. Got here in timely manner, an the delivery man was very nice an friendly. I will diffently buy from again. I am disabled, an order out alot. Was a very pleasing experience.

Please do not get me wrong I really do enjoy Sarpino's Pizza. But everytime I call for lunch or most of the time they say it will be a hour in a half or two hour delivery time. Now when someone is ordering for lunch unless they are ordering at 10:30 who want's to get lunch two hours later. Then when I call tonight they tell me that they are not delivering to my area anymore. What a joke...

We ordered online today at our order took 1 1/2 hours. the food was not good and seemed as if it was sitting for a long time before we got it. Of course we are in Iowa and I know the snow makes things difficult but that is seriously too long. Our food was also luke warm. We will not be returning..

Order pizza online with a confirmation letter sent to my email at 10:31. At 11:35 we called in to see when our order would be here. They said it was in the oven. At 12:08 our food arrived. An hour and a half later. Worst delivery service!!!

My husband and I moved to the Des Moines area about 1 1/2 years ago. Off and on, we would look for pizza places and, did not want to try the same old pizza. We decided to try Sarpino's and were so surprised. It had to be the best pizza we both have ever had. Very fresh ingredients and, the flavor......... oh just the best. We have found the only pizza we will ever want here in Iowa. Thank you and, we can't wait to try everything else on the menu.

Worst online ordering experience I have EVER had! It has been over 2 hours and I still do not have my order. I called in to check on when I would receive the order and they said it was the next delivery out...that was 50 minutes ago. This location needs a lesson in customer service and I'd like my money back!

I made a order online and at 10:45 am and it is now 12:30pm and have not received it yet so I called store and they said because I placed the order online that well basically the order wasn't as important as if I would have called in, my response to this is why give that option if its not that important I know when you call other pizza companies they put the order in as soon as they recieve it. So I am not sure I will order again due to the customer services of the Clive rest. the guy I talked to didn't really act like he cared that I placed the order awhile ago and said I would recieve it in another 45 min..... CRAZY
Ok I waited till I received my order at 2:00pm to place this complaint, I have never had to wait this long for pizza other companies I order from online are most definetly faster. And guess what no discount or anything was offered after I waited this stinken long for my food. As a rule of thumb as a consumer I have a valid complaint here and something should be done about it. NOT a happy customer!!!

I sent a comment earlier this week because I was unhappy about an order we tried to place for a work luncheon. I tried to call for 15 minutes and no one answered. Cliff called me and explained the situation. He was very polite and empathetic to our situation. I appreciated very much that he took the time to call me and let me know that he was sorry that we couldn't place our order on Monday. We will definitely go back to Sarpino's for our next work lunch because of the attentiveness of Cliff.

This was the first time we have ordered from Sarpino's and it was fantastic! The best sauce & ingredients we have found in Iowa! We had our order delivered and the delivery person was very nice. Thanks for a great meal that was reasonably priced. We'll be back!
