One week ago, and the 2-3 weeks previous, we had a problem with this store location. I file a complaint on this website. I am very pleased to report, very pleased, that since our bad experiences and complaintl, the manager of that store location has called me, and promised the delivery issue would not happen again. We ordered again today. The pizza arrive on time and without the troublesome delay getting through our condo security door. I applaud the effort the manager and his drivers have made to correct the problem. There is no problem anymore. To me, the mark of a good store and good service, is to rebound from a rough situation and resolve the issue. Good job. Sarpinos, Oakton, in Des Plaines, IL.

Daughter and I were at the O'Hare Super 8
Ordered the Italian Calzone and my daughter the meatball one.
Had it delivered.
The Italian was outstanding.
Daughter loved the meatball one.
Next time we're in the city Sarpino's will be on the list of places to go.

This is the second time we have ordered and are VERY satisfied once again!! So far, your pizzas and delivery services have been excellent! We would like some assistance with your online ordering . . . I registered but our street address was not recognized and we were only able to set up as "pick up only". Hope we can resolve this issue because we'd certainly like to become a regular delivery customer. Thank you!

Thank-you for delivering an awesome dinner for my family. After a long day we decided to try Sarpinos again after a bad experience. This time the food was AWESOME!!! All the ingredients were fresh. The food was delivered to our hotel room and it was HOT. VERY VERY good is all I can say. Thank-you for the wonderful experince. I will eat Sarpnos food much more often.

I like the fact that the pepperoni is put on top instead of underneath the cheese, and is a little crispy. The amount (NOT overloaded, thank goodness!) and taste of the tomato sauce is excellent. We were in the Chicago area staying a the Elk Grove Village Super 8 and found your menu in their lobby. We ordered 2 small pizzas from your Specialty Pizzas - what a wonderful experience. The best pizza we've had in years!!!! Please consider a location in the Sterling Heights/Metro Detroit area!!
