Invest in better bags to keep pizza warm, cause it was cold and had to be warmed up when it was delivered. I KNOW you can get ones that work because my brother has one!!!

I have ordered medium 12 CHICKEN FAJITA PIZZA (Order no. 288155).
1) Order took one hour to deliver
2) Pizza was over cooked
3) Also we found a hair in the pizza.
I am a frequent customer and ordered at least 5 to 8 times previously and was 100% satisfied. But with this i am totally disappointed.

The best delivery pizza I have ever had. Wish we had one closer. Excellent customer service, courtesy, and delivery personnel!

Just wanted to stop by and say I order from Sarpinos Downtown frequently the food is GREAT! Always hot and delivered fast!! I love the people there very nice and helpful! I will continue to order and enjoy the wonderful food from Sarpinos!! I HIGHLY recommend them!! Yummm!!

This pizza is awful. It was cold and we got the wrong order. We got the wrong order twice and the workers were rude. They said theyd call back and didnt and hung up when we called them. It was simply atrocious.

Just wanted to say how impressed i am with the follow up and genuine concern shown by mark at sarpinos. after a little mishap with my order he went the extra mile to make things right. that kind of professionalism is all to rare these days and is appreciated.

Not only did my food not get delivered, I never even got a call. When i check order status it says done. what a joke. Id better not be charged. ill never order from you again. buyer beware i guess. don't give these people your cc #

Ordered more than an hour ago. my order apparently went out for delivery about 20 minutes ago. i live 2 minutes away. i get what time it is. things take time. but if my order went out when you claim it did, it won't be very fresh, if it comes at all. half hour now. on second thought..keep it. id best not be charged. if you're lucky ill order again. I've been a good customer..good tips...disappointed for sure.

Everything was cold and soggy, and they delivered the wrong calzone. When I called and asked about it. They redelivered the calzone. Normally I order from the clive and have no problems. Most likely will not reorder from this sarpinos.

I am very pleased with my experience ordering from Sarpino's once again! I called in an order and had a empolyee that said his name was Rafael he answerd the phone and was pleasent and helped me with such a positive friendly attitude that I couldnt help but smile! I wanted to try something new and he was a great help he recommended a great Salad and a Calzone. Which was hot and delicious and I will be ordering again! I loved every bite!! I was so pleased with the wonderful customer service I was given and for an employee to be so whilling to help me! The food was delicious and on time and HOT!! I want to fiirst appologize for taking so long to give feedback. Sorry unexpected family emergencies arose. Anyway, my husband and I have been ordering from sarpinos in waukee ever since they opened. LOVE them. They are soooo friendly and put soooo much love into their food. They also Always gave us a 25% loyal customer discount which we really appreciated. Now that the downtown Des Moines store opened we have to use them. We hate that store. They arern't friendly at all, do not give us any discount and there is NO love what so ever in their food. We have tried them 4 times and each time the food is gross. it looks or tastes nothing like the food we have come to love form the Clive store. I am complaining and wanting someone to look into why it's so different. I also want ot be compensated BIG TIME for the crappy food and service. We have even begged the Clive store to take us back, but they won't deliver to us now that the crappy downtown store is open. We used to LOVE your food, but not any more. It is so sad to us because we finally found a pizza place that we loved, until we had to start using the downtown store.

Ther order was 40 minutes last from the time we were txt it was on its way. Your tortelni with meat sause taste like chef boyarde. exactly like CHEF BOYARDE. Does it come out of a can with cheese on top

i will never order from this place again when they brought me my food there was someones haid in my food this place is not in order no nets for your employees hair no gloves on their hands .. yuck i will never order here again!!!! even though the food is great!!!

After a terrible experience the other evening, the manager has contacted us and bought us a free meal + more than what are previous purchase was. Which we appreciate. I do feel, however, that the manager could have been a little more knowledgeable about customer service satisfaction and being professional. But I'm sure with time, this will improve. He did make us happy with our free second order, so I am happy with the outcome.

Just wanted to say the new site was a joy to use. Much better than any other online site, and everything worked fast and the first time. Whoever designed it for you should get a bonus. Haven't gotten our pizza yet but I've never had a bad experience at Sarpino's. Thank you.

We ordered a pizza at our motel while visiting Des Moines, it was the best pizza we have ever ate!! We live in South Dakota and do not have a Sarpinos near us. I am so craving that delicious pizza.

Very good pizza! It took a long time for our pizza to be done, but it was hot and fresh when we got it.

My coworkers and I tried Sarpino's for the first time today and we were blown away. The pizzas and calzone were excellent. Great flavor and high quality ingredients, and at a great price. Very impressed. Plus, the owner delivered our order himself and even carried it to our department, even though we met him at the door. We'll definitely be back. I have ALWAYS had excellent service and food from the Downtown Des Moines Sarpino's. They are my "go to" pizza delivery and I recommend them to everyone hungry for GREAT PIZZA!!!

I am Pregnant right now and sarpino's is the only pizza i crave!!! Its aways delivery fresh and hot!!! Thier pizza is one of a kind with a taste that cant be met by any other pizza company!! Although the person over the phone does not sound overly excited they are never rude and seem to get there job done right!!! Thanks sarapino's for satisfying my growing baby boy!!!

I order from Sarpinos at least 2 or 3 times a week and I'm always thrilled with the variety and excellent preparation of the food. I live on this menu and haven't gained an ounce either so must be healthy, huh?

First, your pizza is great! We had a couple of problems with the order (as reported in earlier feedback) but eventually the downtown Des Moines Sarpino's called and offered a free pizza to make up for the earlier problems. It was delicious! We'll be back!

This has to be the BEST pizza I've ever had--and I used to live in a Chicago suburb where an Italian immigrant had a pizzeria--this pizza tastes at least as good as his, probably better. The staff was very very friendly and helpful--will absolutely return!!

I tried your pizza for the 1st time last week. I must say it is AMAZING and that is coming from a picky eater. When I called to place the order the gal was very friendly and helpful as was the delivery driver. So Great food / Great Service!!

everytime i come in theres usually a young gentleman with tatoos on his forearms it sounds intimidating but he always treats me wonderfully and makes my visits very enjoyable
