We have been ordering Sarpino's on a regular basis for our office gatherings for about six months now. We always order from the DT location, and are pleasantly surprised by high quality of food, timely deliveries and great people we deal with at Sarpinos. We would definitely recommend your store. I ordered a margarita pizza online and it arrived with NO tomatoes and very little pepperoni. When I called the store to let them know about the problem, the person who answered the phone was courteous but the second person who I spoke to, who I assumed was the manager, did not apologize for not getting my order correct and making my family wait an additional 40 plus minutes for our dinner. This individual also only offered me a replacement pizza OR store credit when I felt that I should have been offered both for my trouble. And this offer was made in a tone that made it seem as if I was the problem when it was the store that got the order wrong!

I have ordered from Sarpinos many many times, this was the best experince i have ever had odering a pizza. I called to order a Taco pizza. The guys name i believe was Brandon, he was very friendly and helped me choose what was the best pizza to get. The pizza was Amazing and the service was amazing. Probaly the best pizza i have ever eatin.

first time odering... pizza delivered within 45mins hot..best pizza i have had in a long time...dominos and pizza hut have gone to quick un-cooked products with no taste.. sarpino's is cooked, tastes great and is a better value.. will order again for home and office.

I just wanted to say that I was somewhat surprised when I got my first order tonight. (I'm rarely surprised, in a good way, by pizza delivery; I'm usually underwhelmed when it comes to most.) The pizza was fantastic. It really was excellent. It's somewhat akin to Godfather's, but only better. I thought your cheese, in particular, was excellent. It had a great flavor and texture; it was even crispy, which is highly desirable and indicative of good quality. I, also, thought the marinara dipping sauce was quite good; it had a distinctive zesty flavor, which I wouldn't have expected. Thanks Sarpino's!

I ordered from your downtown Minneapolis location and I was extremely satisfied. I ordered online and it was a very seamless, quick, and easy process. I received a text message immediately upon placing my online order, which was nice. I also received a text message notifying that my order was out for delivery. I was pleasantly surprised at how good your pizza is! I have not had delivery this good EVER! The toppings were ample and it was cooked to perfection! The delivery guy was great, he was professional and courteous. I will definitely order from you again, it was great! Thanks for moving into the neighborhood!

The Buffalo Chicken Ranch calzone has been haunting me for 2 days now. I'm going back tomorrow to order another (2 actually--this calzone is haunting my friend as well!) The Meatball calzone was excellent, too.

Once my delievery was conifrmed it took over an hour to get here. By then my food was cold, and did not reheat terribly well. It took the dirver 45 min to call me and say he was lost. He did not even apologize. I will not order from again!

My kids and me had Sarpinos several times now, and I think it`s the best product in town. As for the customer service and timely delivery, I think we should just give it some time. The store has been open for less than two months and still in the works...Great pizza!!!

I ordered pizzas for pickup and was told 25 minutes. When I went to get them, they had no record of my order and asked for 12 minutes to make them. They offered to bring them up to my condo. After another 30 minutes, they finally arrived. When I asked the delivery person what happened, she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. I won't be ordering again.

Our office celebrates birthdays with a company paid luncheon. We had 2 birthdays this week, including mine. Being the office mgr. I usually go out and get lunch and bring it back. Today I thought we would try something different and have it delivered. We all totally enjoyed Sarpino's Pizza, the flavor and quality was excellent. I ordered on-line because the flyer left at my door had coupons That said "for additional 10% off order on-line" but i got an error at the end and had to call into store. the store had no record of order and so we placed a new order with the employee. After i repeated my order , address, and zip code several times they told me 45 minutes., we felt the need to call back to check order because they sounded so confused. niether the on-line nor the employee would take the coupon and give 10%......so change your flyer! because "additional" is more than 1!
Now over 1 hour and 10 minutes later my order is still not here and i will more than likely not order again, Sad the new location by my office in edina is great and the flyer left at my house made me think we would get same service, instead i ended up with a late dinner.......if it shows up at all.
