Ordered online, waited an hour, no pizza. Money taken from bank account. Called and was blown off by manager. Will not do business again. Oh and I would like my money back for the pizzas I didn't receive. Thanks.

I would appriciate consistency: We SEE your delivery drivers delivering food in our complex, we like your food. However everytime I try to order I am told we are out of your area. I will not continue to be a customer if this is how business is conducted. Tonight i was ready to place an order that would have been over $50 however you wont deliver here. We were asked if we were east or west of france (because thats the cut off) we are west.

First let me say this. I love your pizza and the sevice I usually get is outstanding but today was a train wreck. I normally order
two pizzas a week. I placed my order today and was quoted my time of 30 minutes, which you usually beat that time allowance. What bothered me today was that it took over a hour and a half for delivery. When it finally got here it was cold of course and the Driver had a attitude. This guy usually delivers my pizza and is a nice guy but his attitude was way off today, to the extent of telling me NOT to order a pizza at 4 pm grabbing my cash and walking off. I work in the retail industry myself and now we can have off days or times. I don't want anything more then just to vent my frustrations to you as a consumer but It does make me think about your staffing guidelines

Have been ordering for quite a while from the E.P. Sarpino's and have always been satisfied. I placed an order online that contained an error on my part (no cheese) and they called me to confirm that it was correct. We got it fixed and I was very happy not to have a non-cheesy pizza (kinda defeating the purpose)!

My co-worker and I have started ordering from the Eden Prairie Sarpino's about once a month now and I am a delighted customer! The service is like none other and the food is amazing!! This is the second time I have had a bad order with this restaurant. This time, my order took an hour for us to receive our food, then when it arrived my chicken parma was grilled chicken with pasta that was dried out and the "sauce" was in a clump and separated to the point where I could not eat it. I also ordered a foccacia cheese sandwich and Mac and cheese bites, both which were soggy. I understand these items needed to come about 5 miles, however the quality was unacceptable even by those standards. I called and complain and I was offered a store credit or replacement in 25 minutes, I chose the replacement since the store credit would not be of use since I will not be ordering from this store again. I expect when I pay $13 for a pasta that it will be edible when it arrives and it will be chicken parmesan like the menu says, not grilled chicken.

Now, i was told 25 min for a replacement. It took 40 minutes and it is half the amount of pasta and the noodles are still hard. I would like my money back, I will be e mailing photos of this disgusting food

This place ROCKS!, I had a small problem with dipping sauce beig the wrong kind but Shawn took care of me and even offered a 10% dicscount, which I didn't expext. Pizza is high quality, always delivered early, hott and fresh. LOVE IT!! TOP NOTCH

The delivery driver stated that I (in the lobby of the 4400 building) wouldn't accept the pizza's she was delivering. We didn't speak, she was on the phone - then sat on a chair - then left. I would have assisted her if she asked me but she didn't. I don't appreciate having to explain to the vice president of my company that the delivery driver was lying about the encounter & will probably not order from Sarpino's in the future.

I love Sarpino's but this location is lacking. I've ordered extra dipping sauce in the past which I'm always charged for but I never get the one free sauce. Today I placed an order online to be picked up at 4:30pm. At 4:10pm I received an email telling me my order was ready. Considering I didn't get off work until 4pm and it takes at least 20 minutes to get there I was not happy. If I wanted my pizza sitting on a shelf getting cold for 20 minutes I would have requested it be ready at 4:10. I also requested it be cut into squares which it was not. The pizza is always good and Sarpino's is by far my favorite but I will be looking for I'll be looking for a different location to order from.

There customer service was excellent! Friendly, didn't fee rushed, no delivery charge make you just want to overtip the delivery guy ;) WAY better service and price than PIzza Hut any day of the week!

Derik - made my pizza and took my order. It is the best pizza i have ever had!!!! It was hot, the crust was perfect, and it was just delicious! Matt was my delivery person, and my front light was out,but he called me to ensure he was at the right place. They wer both wonderful, and the food was even better. Sarpino's is our new pizza place. We won't worder from anywhere else!

We are repeat customers for a number of reasons.
1. Darryl is FANTASTIC! We ask for him every time we order delivery because he is so accomadating & gets our orders right, even when substitutions are involved. The reason we stopped ordering from Davanni's was because they refused to substitute banana peppers for green peppers. We appreciate your flexibility and customer service. Give Derek a raise! He couldn't represent your franchise better if he owned it himself. That's rare to find today.
2. The pizza & calzone are superb! You don't skimp on the ingredients, as many other places do, and the seasonings are delicious. The hand-tossed crust is the best we've had anywhere. And the Bavarian Apple Pie Pizza is yummy, too.
3. Your delivery people are very pleasant. The food came hot, which isn't true with many other places that deliver. It's nice that there isn't a delivery charge.
We're looking forward to trying the Cajun wings and pasta dishes someday, but the pizza & calzone are so addictive that we always order the same thing!
We've recommended you to others, too. We're so glad that we found out about you from a mailer we received because we had never heard of you before that. Wish we'd made the discovery years ago.
There's nothing we would change about your place. Keep doing what you're doing & don't ever lose Derek!

This was our company's first time to order Sarpino's. I ordered 7 large. Everyone really liked the pizza - there was nothing leftover. The only complaint is that the pieces are too big - they should be cut 12 to a pizza, instead of 8.

Hello, I wanted to write and let you know about my Sarpinos experience. I have never heard of Sarpinos before, but the other day I came home to a flier stuck in my front door. Normally I throw those fliers away w/o looking at them, but "Free delivery" caught my eye. Then I looked through the menu and the coupons, and I saw the 10% off if you order online. So I thought I would try it. I just have to say that my "Sarpinos experience" far exceeded my expectations!! The online order process was SO easy, my pizzas were cooked and delivered in 20 minutes (unheard of with good pizza places!) the delivery guy was SUPER friendly (seriously, that is also very rare), and the pizza was fantastic!!! I am for sure a major Sarpinos fan now. I'll promote to everyone I know. GREAT JOB and thanks for dropping the flier off!!!

I've been raving to my coworkers about Sarpinos for over a year after my boyfriend introduced me to the Otsego location. I've tried repeatedly to get my everyone to try it and today they finally did. We all ordered it for lunch and everyone loved it. Even the person who doesn't really like pizza and can easily find fault in food had nothing but good things to say. Everyone agrees we will definitely be ordering lunch from Sarpinos again. The online ordering doesn't seem to work but someone emailed me back right away and is still trying to resolve the issue but it's not a big deal to me. The pizza is the best I've ever had so I don't care if I can order online. And this is the only decent place to order from that doesn't charge for delivery. Ingore the bad reviews. Give Sarpinos a try! I love this place so much I'd get a job there if I had enough self control to not eat my weight in pizza everyday.

We have ordered Sarpinos 3 times since we first tried it a week or so ago. The crust is perfect. I love the slight sweetness and flavor of the sauce. A real contender for the best pizza I have ever had in my life. I've recommended it already to many people. Much better pizza than other delivery options!

I have been pizza lover for many years. I have never tried anything like Sarpino's. The crust you can tell it was fresh, the sauce had just the right kick into it, the cheese, I can't say anything about it you have to try it, it was far superior from what I ever had before(and I thought I've had good pizza). The pizza I ordered was pepperoni and sausage. The sausage was the best in the world. Strongly recommend this establishment and I will be back again and again. Keep up the good work. We needed something good in our area!!!
