Excellent pizza. Took advantage of the Buy one Get one, and this is well worth it. Phoned in the order and it was ready right on time as promised. Since I wanted half Mexican style and have vegetable pizzas, he made both and split the two into separate containers. Very thoughtful. They will deliver, but it's more convenient for me to pick it up. Definitely recommend Sarpino's

Staying at Renassaince Suites ORD checking in at 2300. Much to my dismay, room service and restaurant close at 2300. They had me a take out menu from Sarpino's Harwood Heights-O'Hare and tell me they deliver until 4am and that's it's pretty good. Ordered a small pizza. They said it'd be 35 minutes and that's what it was. Pretty good food (I was starving, though) and for late night eats, I think I'd do it again.

The Mexican pizza was really good--not too hot,but somewhat delicious . They are quite good at remembering me and my orders. Definitely a must stop in. If you live anywhere near by the delivery also is very fast.

I usually order from the Sarpino's in Oak Park, but I found the one in Harwood Heights on Google website and decided to switch and try them.Thanks Harwood Heights Sarpino's!!! I really enjoy the food (sandwiches and salads)as the offer many wonderful items. I ordered both kinds of chicken wings and they were quite good; a little on the over-done side but still tasty. I'll try a pizza from Harwood Heights next time.

We order Sarpino's delivery on a pretty regular basis, thru GoSarpinos.com. They are really good about emailing status updates (e.g., preparing your order, departing with your order, etc.)--which is really nice. The food is terrific -- these pizzas have more than one flat taste -- each bite is different and lovely.

It's official -- they've finally got the hang of THIN crust pizza! Congrats! Very tasty, and their sandwiches and calzones were great too, as usual. Easy online ordering (15% off!) and fast delivery!

Had a 8" thin crust pizza with spicy Italian sausage onions and green peppers. Loved it. The delivery was fast. Had my pizza within 20 minutes.

You automatically have to love FREE delivery and NO minimum! Pssh, seriously, how many places does that?! Instant kick-arse in my book. Delivery was insanely fast to where I was wondering if they cooked my food inside the car outside of my house. It was hot, great, friendly delivery person, just as expected, this is a prime example of well run chain restaurant.Impressive, but definitely willing to try other items on menu. Perhaps I should try their calzones.

The Vegitarian Pizza was pretty good , the Hot-wings were amazing I liked them better than most Hot-wing specialty restaurants.
Our cheese sticks were hot oozing goodness.

Cheesecake was good too.

The Delivery time was about 40 minutes so quicker than they told us it would be they quoted 45 minutes.

Over all it is pretty much what you will get at any run of the mill Chicago Pizzeria
I would say 4.5 stars is most accurate. I would eat here again and go for those hot-wings. Yummm

We got late night delivery. Sarpino's wasn't our first choice, but it was the top of all options open that late. A few people in our group have not tried Sarpino's before and were very impressed with the quality of food. The delivery was fast, prompt, and right to our hotel room. Overall, Sarpino's is a little pricier than generic pizza chains, but the ingredients, quality, and selection make it worth the extra money.

Bottom line: There is no better pizzeria. They nail it every. single. time. YOU KICK ... SARPINO'S!!!

Although your delivery guy admitted to having made a mistake with the chicken wings and was very apologetic and corrected his error, I suspect I myself may have been less than polite and civil on this one particular occasion. The Harwood Heights Sarpino's is the BEST. I have ordered from them at least a dozen times - it is ALWAYS delivered very quickly and hot when it arrives. The order takers and the delivery people are all top notch! This is the only place I get my pizza from now. Thank you all for the wonderful experience.

Great place and food. this is my third time ordering and always on time and food is hot.

I was going to try ordering online the other day and to be honest the coupons for online are just terrible. Pretty sure I couldn't find any coupon under 20 dollars.

Hopefully you add some much better coupons for online ordering because I pretty sure right now, it be cheaper to call and ask what the specials are than to order online.

Everything was great and the service was more than I could've asked for. I ordered online for delivery and they even let me know via text on my cell when the order was out for delivery.
The only thing I would like to see is more of a selection in the sandwiches, appetizers and sides. The choices you have for pizza is great though. Maybe some gyros or italian beef, some fries and how about more chicken?

Me and my family ordered from sarpinos many times, your pizza is delicious, no doubts about it. I do, however, have a complaint...and I think you should do something about it. Here's the story: my husband ordered inside one of your locations one day, for take out. In the place, you can easily see what happens in the "back" where they actually prepare the pizza. To his shock, one of the young guys that works there, was using his cell phone with his bare right hand, while working with his bare left hand on a crust, then switced hands...no washing, no other prevention taken. That was so disusting to my husband that he ended up not ordering from there anymore. You see, there are A LOT of germs and microbes all around, and people who handle food should always make sure they have their hands clean, and wear gloves! Why this guy didn't care to do any of these?? Don't know...but it's disappointing, a place with such good menu options to get this bad review because of uncleanliness.... I'm sorry... it's the truth. SO after this feedback, hopefully someone in the management will take action, so we can order again from sarpinos, which is -by the way- our favorite pizza....but we cannot get over the health issue either... Thank you.
