I always order pizza from this location and would recommend it to anyone looking for THE BEST pizza around. My family loves dining in and enjoying the friendly staff. I have never once had any complaints about the service. When we have our order delivered it is always within a reasonable time and hot. If you want THE BEST PIZZA order from Sarpino's, you will NOT be disappointed.

Update on my comments from yesterday- I have now been black listed apparently because I complained about the service. I wouls like to mention the fact that I never ONCE raised my voice, or used abusive language. This is just ridiculous, and I'm sure I cant be the only person who has been treated as such.

My pizza was delivered an hour late and both of them were cold. When i called the manager saidnthat she wouldnreplace the puzza but that I would have to give the pizzas back. I explained to her that my kids were already eating it, amf that i order from sarpinos at least once a week. I asked for a free pizza, she said that she would only give 10% off and after I said how the customernservice experience was poor she said literally "fine" and hung up on me. This is unacceptable and horrible customer service. Regardless of how much I like Sarpinos pizza, I choose customer experience over food.

I ordered a pizza and mozzarella sticks and was told to expect it in 45 minutes. It took 75 minutes for them to deliver to me. The pizza turned out to be cold and soggy and the mozzarella sticks were hard and rubbery. We ended up throwing it away. I was not satisfied at all and will not be ordering from this store again.

This pizza was the best pizza I've had all year long!!! Everyone was so professional and friendly. Especially a person named Blaek Espinosa.

The first time I ordered from Sarpino's, it was fast and better than the large chain pizzas. However, each time I've ordered has slowly gotten worse. The food arrives later each time and this time my food was cold and some of my order didn't get delivered.

Today, was my first time ordering from Sarpino's and it will DEFINITELY not be my last time. The food is simply AMAZING and all the ingredients on my pizza were fresh. I also would like to thank the cashier named Maxine for being patient with me and helping me find the deal suitable for my family and our budget. The driver Eric was very nice and arrived before my expected delivery time. The food was still hot. He also brought all my requested dips and an extra menu for me to look over for next time. I will recommend Sarpino's to anyone looking for quality pizza and excellent customer service. This company actually cares about the customers needs and wants. Thank You Sarpino's Staff. I will be ordering shortly from you guys again!!!

We had a company meeting today. Yes, We're all picky. We ordered 12 X-Large pizzas, wings, salads, and soda. Great delivery time and Awesome pizza! Everything was perfect!!!

I had a real good experience a few days ago and today. I will definitely be ordering again and continuing to recommend Sarpino's. I wish this location could cover whole Houston area.

I have been ordering from this Sarpinos for at least 3 yrs. it is the best pizza I have ever had in Houston. My favorite pizza associate is Maxine, she makes my pizza the most delicous pizza ever. Be sure to ask for her when you call. She ia a great associate of Sarpinos. She is courteous, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. I think she is the best :)

The food is absolutely excellent best pizza ever... My one problem is that the employees were very unprofessional. They were screaming and arguing and cursing in the back....they where so loud i could hear them from the counter... I love the food like i said but the professionalism would make me not want to go back.

disappointed that certificate is only on dine in; if carry out &6 added to bill leaving only a $4 savings. 2 large pizza only come with 2 sauces total; each additional is charged. Just a sad day as I love this pizza yet the service is decreasing with each experience. Looking for another favorite as I type!

Fryer guy dropped off menues at my retail store. all the items sounded great and at awesome prices. Ordered in a few nights later and the quality of your pizza was nothing short of fantastic. Sarpino's just made one more regular customer.

I decided to venture outside of the normal pizza places, the large franchises, and order from Sarpino’s. Am I ever glad I did! I received great service, all the way from the person who answered the phone to the one who delivered my pizza. The pizza tasted delicious. It tasted as if it had been served straight from a pizza oven in a small Italian restaurant.

Thanks for a great homemade pizza. For sure…we will be back for more.

best pizza i had in a long time ask to sub 5 toppings on the pizza and was delivered on time and perfect. most places mess up my order or forget a topping or two, you guys make the best pizza in the world.

This is my first visit to this location and the service and the food was excellent. The cashier was so friendly and kind and explain everything in detail when I was trying to figure out what to eat. The pizza came out looking delicious and tasted great too. I am planning to make every wednesday pizza night for my family and now I know where to get the pizza from Sarpino's. Thank you for the wonderful meal and letting me have a good experience at a pizza place for the first time. Will see you again next wednesday.

Today was my first order place to this location, the pizza and the wings arrived in 30 minutes (told me that it was going to take 45 minutes). I was pleased with the time of arrival of the foods and they even gave me couple extra dipping sauce with no charge. my over all experience was excellent and the food was wounderful. We will order again.

wow this place gets better and better, ive only had their pizzas once from the monkey bizness deliverey but when i finally decided to order to my home not only was the pizza delivered on time by a new delivery boy but it was the most delicious pizza id ever tasted. i will definitly call back to here for future pizza needs.

My son had a boy scout Eagle project work day at an area elementary school that I ordered pizza from Sarpino's after the boys were done with their work. It was wonderful. Mr. Kim gave us an additional discount when requested to support the Eagle project. The boys polished off 6 pizzas in no time. They even made me a special order for an Alfredo pizza and it was the best I have ever had. Thank you for supporting my son's Eagle project. We'll be back!

i ordered sarpinos for the first time for son's birthday party. i heard this place was good but honestly this pizza is the best i've ever tasted. not only did it make me realize i no longer want to eat at pizza hut again but it made a great impression on my son's friends and their parents. if you ever need some pizza this is the place to order from.

Oh my gosh...Sarpino's is my family's favorite pizza. After trying their pizza for the first time, we have NEVER called pizza hut again. Their gourmet and specialty pizzas are so yummy and definately taste as if youre eating at a italian restaurant. Stopped in for dinner for my kids and it was my first time there. It was understaffed but the people that worked there were very nice and very respectful. They made me the best pizza Ive had and I consider myself a pizza expert Im fom Brooklyn New York. If you live anywhere near here get the pizza.
