i order at 12:10 pm, and my order still not here at 1:41 pm, and i call back to the store, the manager give me shitty excuse about the rain and the driver cant drive fast, blah , blah , blah, and most importantly his attitude is very bad. instead of appoligizing he blame me from not knowing how they run the business.

I placed my order for pick up. The guy on the phone was very helpful. When I came in to pick up my food everything was ready, hot and fresh. So good I decided to eat my sandwhich in the store! The store was very clean and all the employees were friendly and professional.For my first experience it was fantastic! I will be a returning customer!

This was our first time ordering from here & we are so so happy! We ordered the breadsticks- Mmmm.. spinach pizza- SUPER YUM & cheese cake- double super YUMM. The food arrived in 30min, warm & toasty, dispite it being a rainy day. The delivery driver was friendly. Two thumbs up!

Saprino’s, where have you been all my life? I am 27 years old and I finally got the chance to eat the perfect pizza yesterday last night at 10:00 P.M. from your Braeswood location. Praise God, thank you Jesus! My toppings included shrimps, mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and pineapple chunks on thin crust.
Everything was so fresh and I must confess my friend and I finished the whole box, a first for a person who usually limits herself to two slices of pizza.
Sarpino on Braeswood, you made me a believer in pizza again because I am now a huge fan. I will definitely recommend you to all my family, friends, co-workers, and what the heck, I will personally give you a shout out on my Facebook page because I love your pizza so much! Thank you!

Best pizza in Houston, without a doubt. Delivery is always fast and the pizza is still hot unlike two majors that are half as far away. Crust is perfect, not too thick, not a cracker crust. Generous with the cheese and all of the toppings we order. If you live in Bellaire/Meyerland and don't order your pie from here, you are making a mistake. After one pizza from here, you won't consider Domino's or Pizza Hut ever again.

This was the first time I had your pizza and even though I asked for things to be removed and added to 4 personal pizzas they were all correct and awesome. Best I've had in years. Much better than Pizza Hut or Pizza Inn. The personal size is a little bigger than average which makes it just right for a good size meal. Thanks again and I will be coming back.

I truly enjoyed my most recent visit with Sarpino's. They won a customer because they work hard to keep their patrons completely satisfied. The manager, Ilias Ilgiz, strives for excellence. I will be sure to make Sarpino's a sure stop when I am responsible for dinner as I work in close proximity to the Houston location and really enjoy lavishing my palates with good Italian culinary meals.
