This was the first time we tried Sarpinos and delivery... I understand an hour wait time during the restuarant rush hour; however, I received a Greek Salad which is usually one of my all time favorites and the Cucumbers were mushy. I think that quality is extremely important. Not only that, I ordered 2 dessings, pesto and balsamic vin. and received 2 tubs of garlic sauce! I know that may be good with pizza but a thick garlic butter is gross with salad. If you are goin to charge almost $10 for a salad the veggies should be crispy and dressings should be included. My husband got the Gyro, nothing to complain about but very generic. I do not believe we will be ordering again.

Ordered a cheese pizza for my son and took a bite. It was awesome I'm not a pizza person but this one was wonderful. My salad was very very fresh and delivery was fast. Only suggestion is to put nutrition info on the website. Thanks!

Was a little cold, and the thin crust didn't have that nice crunch you'd expect, but good pizza at a good price.

I'm staying at a motel and have no transportation so expected I would be relegated to the typical pizza or chinese delivery for dinner. Instead I got to experience Sarpino's. I ordered a green salad and baked spaghetti; I asked for some customization of my order for which I doubted that a pizza place would be able to handle. I was wrong. My order was exactly as requested. It was delivered timely by a friendly delivery person. Oh, and to top it off, the food was great. My only issue was that I ate more than I should have eaten. Nice job, Sarpino's of Humble, TX.

After the misunderstanding of trying to order my pizza I entered a comment and was contacted within a very short time. unfortunately I had ordered with a competitor but Brian Gloria was more than helpful and understanding of the problem and took care of the situation. I will try Sarpino's once again because of Brian. Thanks

I reguarly order from sarpinos and never have any problems nor conflict and when i do they immediatley take care of the problem in some kind of way.. I write this review because Some that i have read talk about how bad the service is. I would go nowhere but sarpinos. Not only are you getting great quality in the food (my wife loves it) your getting people that actually care about your experience unlike times when i have problems with pizza hut and other places. Overall humble sarpinos is the only place i will order from in this area

The service and staff were excellent. The food was delivered on time and the driver very friendly. We had the Spinach Salad and the Sarpinos Special Pizza....both very good. Will order again and again.

We were disappointed the rest did not have place to sit and eat. Also saw ppl wanting same. They were trying to do paperwork while eating on sofas in waiting area. I, however, DO NOT appreciate you hiring people to put your menus on my doors (neither do most of the residents...per community msg boards). We will boycott ordering from you until you STOP soliciting in our "No Soliciting" Neighborhood of Summerwood!

I first heard about Sarapino's when I found their flyer/menu taped to my door. I am so glad they did that because it gave me the opportunity to learn about a great pizzeria. I have been ordering food from them for almost 2 years now and assure you the food has always been great. The delivery drivers are always polite, prompt and professional and the managers are really great. They always provide excellent customer service and if you are not satisfied with something they will go out of their way to make it right. I am so satisfied with the service that now the people I work with order from here too! Thanks for providing great food and great service.

I had never had Sarpino's Pizza until I moved to Kingwood, TX. It is the best I have ever had. I'm moving to Seabrook, TX and I am so disappointed that there isn't a Sarpinos nearby. The service is great and the food is excellent!! I'll sure miss Sarpinos!!!

Sarpinos delivered 12 delicious pizzas and soft drinks to our church to feed hungry volunteers during a Community Outreach held on Sat., Apr. 9 at The Lord's Glory Church in Humble, TX. The pizzas were delivered hot and on time. The driver was very courteous, professional, and helpful. Sarpinos Pizza is the best pizza in Humble hands down! The Gantcher Family who owns this location always treats us with great care. Whether we eat there or have the food delivered we always end up very full and happy. Their pasta and salads are excellent too! :) Thank you Sarpinos! 5 Stars!

I am in LOVE with your SUPER TACO PIZZA!! I get it minus onions, add black olives, and double the sour cream. The 5 times I have ordered from you that is the pizza I get. You probably have other great pizza's but I am hooked on the Taco!! Also your jalapeno ranch is to die for!! You should sell it in bulk, I would buy it!! I am glad I found you being new to the area! You make my day when I get your food and usually for a couple of days after with the leftovers!

Pizzas from this location can be summed up in one word, outstanding. Being a senior citizen I look for quality and quantity in my orders and Sarpino's has always delivered.

I wanted to personally thank Sarpino’s for a great first impression. Yesterday, a fellow co-worker was telling me about Sarpino’s and how good the pizzas are there. We decided to call the Sarpino’s in Humble, Texas to ask if they’d deliver to our company (even though we are literally twenty feet from the Sarpino’s regular delivery area) and they said they would. That means a lot to our company because most of the places that deliver around here stick to their delivery areas and refuse to make any exceptions. Our food arrived in a timely manner and was terrific. The pizza was some of the best I’ve tasted and the Chef’s Salad was killer! We will definitely be ordering from there again and recommending the company to people we know. Thank you again.

This is my Favorite pizza place!

I made a special order pizza that has a real "stuffed crust" center and I was extremely satisfied that the manager was more than happy to fulfill my order when all other places turned me down. The pizza came hot and fresh just like normal and as usual was delicious. I've been with Sarpino's for a year or so and I'm not about to go back to anywhere else. I would recommend this place to anyone who is a true pizza lover.

We order from Sarpinos all the time for our Friday night babysitter and sometimes for ourselves. The pizza and pasta is always hot, the salads are fresh and full of good veggies, and the service is fast. They also always seem happy to have our business. I miss all the delivery service from when we lived in town, but this place is great!

The description of the Chicken Alfredo pizza is different than the ingredients listed after you choose it online. The checks of ingredients coincides with the actual menu, not the online description. It's always good but I'm kind of wondering what I'll get.

I had an issue with out of date drinks. Complained on the web page and got a call and replacemnt drink was being sent over !! That is great customer service!! We all make mistakes but very few companies react as well as yours KUDOS to your team !!
