My order arrived missing items this time, but in the past I have experienced multiple problems with online ordering. When trying to place an order over the phone, I have been met with unprofessional phone etiquette and profanity. I tried to express my dissatisfaction over the phone and got nothing but unapologetic, noncommittal responses. One employee even impersonated a manager and denied any responsibility for my bad experience. Sarpino's has ABSOLUTELY lost my business forever.

This place is a very well kept secret! I have been coming here for pizza for about 4-6 months, and it competes for being the best I have found in the KC area. The owners and staff are terrific! They make you feel special and want to visit again. Very enjoyable experience!

Sarpino's lives up to there guarantee,after having a issue with my delivery order(which arrived on time as promised).they re-made my order and re-delivered again on time as promised and to the quality they guarantee we were very impressed with there customer service and satisfaction and will become a regular customer.

This is the BEST delivery/first time visit I have had in the history of man kind!!!!
I called and placed my order and the man on the phone was very helpful. Called back to give additional instructions to help find my place and he lady that answered the phone was awesome!
The delivery guy brought my food right up to my door!!! AWESOME!
I can not put into words how pleased I am!
You guys are putting Pizza Hut to shame (never fails to royally mess up my order, or not deliver it at all).

We placed an order and were told the wait would be 30-45 minutes. We have ordered multiple times and never had to wait this long, 70 minutes.

Have gotten their pizza once, it was just ok. What I want to tell customers about is the lack of character in at lease one of their employees. While standing near 95th and Lee Blvd. for a peaceful (pro-life) life-chain, a young man in a delivery car was yelling hateful profanity at the group. I will never go there again.

The 2 favorite orders for me and my wife are: 1) Double Baked Lasagne, & Green Salads; and 2) Italian Sandwiches, on Panini Bread, with Basil Pesto. These are very tasty selections, & nicely affordable with online ordering discount. Im thankful to have this new restaurant in our neighborhood.

We recently received a flyer in the mail for Sarpino's Pizzeria and decided to give you a try. WOW! The online ordering was super easy, the prices were affordable and when the food arrived I was met with a really personable driver who was professional, informative and prompt! The food was just delicious! Hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious! THIS is what Italian food SHOULD be! The salad was cold, crisp and well made, with just the right amount of ingredients that WE chose. Additional dressing was included! Breadsticks were fresh, hot, crisp and filling. Marinara sauce was included with the breadsticks and you can tell by the taste and texture that you are eating some of the best sauce you've ever had! We tried the meatballs with the Lasagna/meat sauce and it was just incredible. All portions were more than enough for us and we barely had room to finish off a slice of the cheesecake that was drizzled with chocolate sauce. Sarpino's is definitely going to give ALL other Pizzerias a run for their money because they are absolutely doing it right! Thank you for a delicious dinner, we will most definitely share our experience via Facebook and with our friends, recommending this great new restaurant in town to everyone we know! Already looking forward to our next order! Thank you!

I had the pleasure of trying your delicious Canadian classic a few months ago during my Christmas travels.
My only question is why on earth you guys don't have a pizzaria in Florida (more specifically Tampa)? I would love to be able to enjoy your delicious specialty pies on a weekly basis, if not for the fact that you don't seem to have a location in my area of indeed in the state!
But a man can dream can't he?
