I was so impressed with the service and food from Sarpinos Moorhead that I couldn't help but leave a great review. We had pizza bread sticks and BBQ chicken wings, they were awesome! The delivery service was also so fast and we were notified of the order as it was being processed! Awesome Job!

We have a small business and were looking for something new to offer for an employee lunch meeting. We received a menu flyer by mail and decided to try it out. I was skeptical at best. Most delivery food we get is over or under cooked, not seasoned, dry or soggy, and just plain disappointing. I was pleasantly surprised. The man who took our order was friendly and knowledgeable. We ordered some salads that had fresh crisp greens, tender moist chicken, and the dressings were amazing. We also tried the calzones. The bread was fresh and soft and perfectly seasoned with Italian spices. The fillings were rich and flavorful and not greasy like some other places. Our delivery driver was genuinely happy and came in with a smile. Most delivery drivers we see from other places seem upset that we would dare interrupt their day. I was beyond happy with the service and food we received and will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know. Thank you for a supreme delivery dining experience!

I have always been happy with my orders from Sarpinos. I usually order a persoanl pan pizza for myself and I love it that I am not required to order a large in order to have it delivered. The price is great too. I order it online to get the 15% discount. They send me emails telling me they received the order, when it is being prepared and when it is out for delivery. Last night I ordered something different. Tortelini. I can't say enough good things about it. It was fantastic. For cheese lovers like myself, it was great. The portion was so large I could only eat a little and I finished today at lunch. Sarpinos is the place I always recommend but now I can tell them the pasta is the best in the area too.

Ordered it because we didn't want to go out during football. Got a salad and lasagna. The lasagna was huge and good. The Greek salad was also better than some restaurant salads I've had. Again, the delivery person was very friendly and polite. This was our second time ordering and definitely will not be the last. Keep up the great work!

An associate of yours dropped off menues at my retail store. all the items sounded great and at awesome prices. Ordered in a few nights later and the quality of your pizza was nothing short of fantastic. Sarpino's just made one more regular customer.

I love the food, free delivery and discounts. However, I don't like waiting over an hour for my lunch. There were two seperate orders to our company placed at two seperate times and the first order was held until the second order was completed. I definately don't like that.

I actually just wanted to comment on the person complaining about getting a flyer and being outside the delivery area. I get commercials for Dominos at my house and I'm far away from any store so they couldn't deliver either. The point of advertising is so people know your out there and that if your in delivery range, you can deliver, If not, stop by if your in town. Don't complain about having to drive and go get food.

Disappointed! Finally, found some good pizza in the area. Ordered delivery on-line about 1 week ago & my family loved it. Today ordered on-line again, they called to say I was outside their delivery area. I explained they delivered to me last week & they delivered it but the delivery person complained I was 2 miles outside their area. Pizza had even more sauce than last time even though I asked for lite sauce in 2 different areas. I asked if I'd still be able to order & was told he'd have to talk to the owner. Wonder if I'll get any follow-up info?

I went into sarpinos this afternoon and ordered 2 pizzas. The service was great! I couldnt believe how fast I got my order. Only took like 10 minutes tops in the store. After reading some of these reviews I was scared to try this new store, but im glad I did. VERY GOOD!! Will be recomending.

This was our first time ordering and we ordered calzones. My husband got the large meatball and I ordered the regular buffalo chicken. The buffalo chicken calzone was good except it had banana peppers in the calzone and that wasn't included the description (online or paper menu). I would have asked to exclude the peppers if I knew it was on it. It was easy to open and pull out the peppers but an inconvenience to do so. Overall, I was satisfied with the food and would order again, just try something different.

A pretty good experience. Took a little while for the delivery, but I was told before hand that they were busy and the delivery would be a little longer. Food arrived hot and delivery driver was very polite and courteous. I think others need to realize this is a new place and while it may take a little bit to get things running smoothly, especially if its so busy it runs out of products, the food is still above average and thats what matters to me.

Overall, our first order from Sarpino's was a positive experience. Placed our order online and it was delievered within 35 minutes. The delivery driver pulled the boxes of food out of his trunk (strange?!?) when he arrived, but thankfully the items were still hot.

As another commenter noted, we DID NOT get our requested dipping sauces...we even paid for an extra creamy garlic and only recived one ranch...which we didn't order. Yuck. I would have given the food/experience two thumbs up had they not goofed on the dipping sauces.

We may give the restaurant a few weeks to get the "kinks" ironed-out before we order again, but overall, we really liked the food.

Today was my third order with ya'll, and I love your food. The one annoyance, and it really is getting annoying, is no matter what is chosen with the pizza for included sauce, you always send ranch. I even requested this time in the comments to send marinara and not ranch. It's getting annoying fast because I despise ranch.

We saw Sarpino's and decided to give it a try for supper. The website to order was a breeze and delivery was fast and very friendly. I understand today was opening day of this store. We were not sure what to expect....we were DELIGHTED. The food was wonderful and affordable. We will definitely be ordering again!
