Excellent friendly service on phone and same with delivery. This sets you apart from the others in the area. Food good. Not a huge fan of this type of pizza crust, but for a raised crust it was better than the others.

Sarpino's is great because they are one of the only pizza joints that deliver in my area. I like their pizzas. They are delivered hot and fresh. They are not gourmet but they are definitely way better than your regular fast-food pizza joints. They have great deals and super fast delivery.

I run a restaurant quick service company. I ordered dinner for my family last night using a 25% off coupon. With no delivery charge and a 25% discount profit margins are gone. The only positive result out of this transaction would have been, that I become a steady coustomer. The delivery was on time, but the food was very average, and warm at best. I had lasagna, did not like the sauce too sweet, no meat or cheese, sauce and noodles. The bread was hard as it was not hot. I ate 1/2 of it. The Greek salad looked ok, but the dressing did not fit the salad in taste or portion. The mozz stix tasteless, warm, and warm marinara sauce in a 2oz portion cup, enough for three stix. The meat raviolli looked good, but my son was going to eat it today. Warm/cold, tasteless, under portioned, food did not hook me as a coustomer.

I ordered online. The pizza took an hour to get here, which would have been fine except that it was not hot & fresh. I would describe it more as lukewarm. Also, I had requested jalepeno ranch sauce with the pizza and I got marinara. This was my first pizza that I ordered from Sarpino's and was very disappointing. I don't know that I will order again.
