We ordered a med Roma pizza for deilvery on Monday evening, and when the delivery showed up, he had a large Hawiian Pizza with a different address, he looked right at it and still gave it to us. I called and complained, the gentleman was nice and said that he would call the driver and make us a new pizza and send it out with the next driver that came in. Another hour later (total of 2 hours, since we ordered) we fianally got out pizza, which was NOT remade it was the orginal pizz and by this time it was luke warm to cold and the cheese was hard and not much sauce on the pizza. So again I called back and the gentleman was great, I told him to forget about a new pizza and that I want the charges reveresed out of my checking account and that I would not pay for this. He said that would be no problem. He would get that taken care of.. Now 3 days later, the charges are not out of my account and I called and spoke to the store manager and he said that we have free pizza on our account.. Right now with the service that we recv'd we are not sure that we would come back and we are new to ther area and are checking out pizza places in area

WE JUST RECEIVED THE RUNAROUND FROM THIS STORE'S MANAGER WHILE TRYING TO RECTIFY A MISTAKE MADE ON TODAY'S ORDER BY THE STORE'S STAFF.
We have ordered pizzas from your store in the past, but only when SWEET SAUSAGE has been substituted for the SPICY SAUSAGE in the stock order. We have previously and successfully made this substitution at this and other Sarpino's Stores in the past, since we are both over 50 and the stock spicy sausage does not agree with us.
However, today has been the second time in two weeks that we ordered a Classic Italiano pizza from this store and specified on BOTH occasions that sweet sausage be substituted for the spicy.
In the last order, we found SPICY SAUSAGE and ended up giving this pizza to one of our neighbors since we couldn't eat it ourselves. Today, much to our chagrin, when I arrived at home and served the pizza, we AGAIN found spicy sausage.
I called the store to speak with the Store Manager to see if I could get the situation rectified, and this manager, even though I told him of the error, insisted that we make sure we specify sweet sausage on the pizza.
WHAT ???? Again, I repeated that we had gone out of our way to specify the substitution, on both this and the previous order, and he again insisted that it wasn't the store's fault the mistakes in the orders had been made.
IN ESSENCE, WE WERE JUST GIVEN THE RUNAROUND FOR THE STORE'S INABILITY TO CORRECTLY TAKE A CUSTOMER'S ORDER. All he could do is give us the runaround, because the store couldn't get the order right?
The Store Manager refused to rectify the situation, and we ended up throwing out a $25.00 pizza order, since neither of us could eat the thing.
SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I normally do not make complaints, even on poor customer service, but this was so blatant that I couldn't help wonder if Sarpino's corporate couldn't make amends for this particular store's inability to fix their own mistakes.

This is by far the worst customer service I have gotten from your company!
First,the pizza is overdone.It is suppose to be golden brown NOT dark brown/burnt.
Second,I stated in the comments to include extra sauces because previous orders have been wrong.
Third, the delivery person siad I had to pay for extra sauces.
Fourth, the pizza was resent overdone.Can't get it right once or twice!
Does customer service mean something to this company?

Ordered 2 specialty pizzas and was pleasantly surprised at how much better tasting it was compared to Pappa John,Pizza hut or Dominos. With my coupon it was even cheaper than all of them.

Placed an online order at 4:30 for two Pizzas. At about 5:20 received a text notification that Pizza was out for delivery. There was no time given as to when to expect the delivery. We had guest at our home and no calls or notifacations of when the Pizza would arrive. At 5:40 we called the New Hope MN store to determine how much longer for the delivery. At that time Nick/Alex notified us that they just spoke to the driver and he was a block away from our home, 15 minutes later there was still no delivery. We called back and the driver was lost... about 4 miles away from our home. We had to give directions over the phone and it wasnt until 6:30 that the pizza arrived. The entire horrific experience took two hours. I asked the driver why he didnt call us sooner his direct response was that it is not his job to call us and ask for directions or let us know that his lost or running late. We will make sure that none of our friends or family ever ordered from the New Hope Sarpinos. I would rather drive to Eagan than to ever order from New Hope again.

I love Sarpino's pizza, salad, sandwhichs, and garlic bread sticks....but I have recently started keeping track of my fat and calorie intake, and I can not find nutrition information anywhere....is there somewhere I can find out??? If not....can that be added to the website?? Thanks!

I am very disappointed with the order that I just placed. First, I placed the order online and even though I went through all of the steps to place the order somehow it did not go through. I called the store over an hour later to check on the status of my order and they said they did not have my order. I explained what happened and they did not even apologize for the error but asked if I wanted to place an order. I did place an order for a Tropical Hawaiian Sandwich. I specifically asked for no onions on my sandwich. It was delivered to me with onions, without the bacon that should have been on it, and the bread and everything on it was incredibly mushy. After two hours of waiting for this order I ended up throwing my food in the trash.

I have had many a pizza, worked in a pizzaria though I have never, ever had a more luxurious pizza ever. The toppings fantastic, the crust buttery and a crust one wants to finish!!!!!

The pizza was excellent one of the best that we have tasted. My only concern is for you guys to be more careful with the dipping sauces that we order, we love the jalapeno ranch but we sometimes get marinara instead.

The personal pizza and cheesesticks were fine... the pasta was a whole different story. We ended up throwing most of it away because out of the four of us, NO ONE liked it. The sauce looked like manwich (disgusting!) I was very disappointed that we spend almost 50 dollars on food but the majority of it was thrown out. The meatballs were ok, but the sauce pretty much ruined them. When we opened the containers that the pasta was in had grease floating on the top. Not impressed

i order a green salad no onion the salad that i got had onions and the chicken was really nasty dry and it didn't look to good at all it had a weird taste and i called the manager and he got mad instead of apoligizing he was yelling at me saying don't you check the menu and am not doing anything your don't get sick from my food and very rude and he hu on me and said he didn;t want to hear anything i don't think that is customer service i spend 10.00 dollars on a salad that i told him i didn't like it and that he can come and get it and also taste the chiken and he keep on saying i dont want to hear about it .. i am really disapointed because i work for security auto loans and am a supervisor here and we always use to order from sarpinos all the time but this time the salad was really bad and the customer services coming from the manager was worse please do something about it so that he doesn't treat other customers like the way he treat me it is not fear ....thanks and hope to hear from you soon about this matter thank you very much

Honestly, I don't remember the date of this particular order, however, it was when you changed your hot and spicy wings. I love your wings, but am not a fan of what you changed to, so I was very surprised when I did not receive what I usually order. ( I actually ordered a double order.)
I tried it, did not like it, so I called the store. When I explained that I did not like the change, the manager said, "this is why I told you to order the italian wings." The funny thing was; is that I had ordered online, and this person had never called me. I thought it very rude. I then told him I would like a replacement, and he started to argue with me that there was nothing wrong with them. After arguing with him for about 10 minutes, I gave up.
I then sent the store a letter telling them how disappointed I was in the way I was treated, and the lack of flexibility to accommodate me when you changed your product. I heard nothing. I went from ordering from this location 1-2 times per week to begrudgingly when nothing else sounds good. I do not want to feel like I am ordering from someone that hosed me when I do order now.

have ordered from sarpinos for at least 3 years - last 18 months food comes wrong, food left off order or wrong food delivered. always call - get excuses - get partial or full credit. last order was screwed up - paid over $21.00. called and told i would get full credit back to my card by woman at restaurant - said i was never going to order again. never got credit so called store and was treated rudely by man answering phone, told he would never give me credit, he made some unnecessary comments that were rude and hung up on me. when i called back i was put on hold. MY RESOLUTIION IS TO FINALLY GET MY CREDIT BACK AND AN APOLOGY FROM THE MAN IN NEW HOPE FOR HIS RUDE AND UNNECESSARY COMMENTS. HIS ATTITUDE WAS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR AND MY MONEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN CREDITED BACK ON JUNE 4.

We ordered delivery of 2 specialty pizzas and breadsticks..., the caller took my order, knew my address, phone # because we were repeat customers so verified my info which I confirmed and said they'd deliver in 45-60 min....after more than hr I realized they'd called. I called back and someone said they called to check my address, which they now had stated differently, I corrected them and he said they'd be to my home in another 10/20 min or so. frustrated, I asked if the pizza would even be hot, he said yes. The pizza actually ended up arriving 1 1/2 hrs after my order had been called in an d unfortunatley, it was cold. I believe had it been hot it would have been very good but, honestly, one of them was the mexican pizza and cold, wasn't worth eating at all. I paid $30 for a worthless meal and was extremely dissappointed!!

Typically I don't go out of my way to offer feedback that is positive, but I absolutely love your pizzas and really thought somewhere there should know how much we appreciate you guys. You have by far the best selection of ingredients and pre-made pizzas along with a huge variety of side items. The online ordering process is a breeze and the delivery is so quick. Having a dipping sauce with each pizza is a really nice bonus as you typically have to ask for it at other establishments and rarely get it, especially for free.

I have ordered from Sarpinos a few time and am usually pleased with the pizza. Today I decided to order the Mac and Cheese pizza as I typically love these and thought it would probably be good.
When it arrived and I took the first bite, I was appalled at the fact it was topped with Kraft Macaroni and Cheese. It did not taste good at all. I paid $17.00 for a personal mac and cheese pizza and a personal cheese bread, when I could have made an entire Mac and Cheese pizza compiled with Kraft Mac and Cheese, sauce and cheese for a total of around $5.00. If you are going to advertise the Mac and Cheese pizza as "specialty", please make sure it is in fact "specialty". Not to mention the ultra thin crust I ordered seemed more like hand-tossed. I will not be ordering it again.

I ordered three thin-crust pepperoni pizzas. Fast delivery, but two out of the three pizzas were burnt. I called the store and the manager told me that he had personally cut those particular pizzas, and denied that there was anything amiss, and that the thin crust pizzas always come out "crispy". He offered a coupon for my next order, but I told him that it wouldn't be necessary.

Dear Sarpino's Pizzeria,
To start, I am a lover of hawaiian pizza...maybe one could even go as far to say, a connesuir. Tonight my wife and I realized our fridge did not have enough supply to make a meal and we did not feel like driving anywhere. That is when we spotted your menu flyer you recently sent in the mail and noticed you delivered to our location. Though very reluctant to try a new pizza place with no personal references to yah or nah, we decided to give you a try. I ordered your specialty hawaiian pizza online, (which was very easy to do by the way,) and was excited to dig in. My first bite would establish the foundation to let me know if I would enjoy the sauce and cheese combination you have...and a good foundation was laid. As I began to make my way to the crust I realized I hadn't bitten into a piece of pineapple yet, and I was at least 3/4 of the ways done. It then dawned on me that all the pieces of pizza had only a couple big chunks of pineapple, and I was only going to enjoy the pineapple flavor though a couple of times per piece. This did not settle well with me, as I like to enjoy the pineapple flavor way more often than that. A fierce competitor of yours in our area has the ratio spot on, and in comparison, your ratio does not match. So.....my thoughts are this. I would love to see you take the couple big chunks you put on each piece and cut them up into smaller pieces to get a good even spread over the pizza, thus creating a much larger ratio of pineapple flavor per bite, and all the while without increasing your cost of materials. I enjoyed the taste of your pizza, but would need more pineapple to make a choice to order that specialty pizza again. (And that’s about all I ever order.)

I called the New Hope/Robbinsdale store for a delivery order and was told that I absolutely could not have any food. It was 12:20, the store closed at 1am. I am a hotel employee and I've been asked to recommend you to guests. There is no way I'm going to ever hand your menu to another guest. I had trouble with the Roseville store, and so I'm not surprised, just sad that I was treated that way. I cannot recommend such rude service to my guests, we'll go bankrupt!

I used to love your food and your employees but the last few months have been a disaster!
The people taking orders barely speak English. It takes way too long to place an order.
The total price for the order NEVER matches the amount that I come up with on my calculator. Sometimes it is as much as $20 more. This is Ludicrous! I am not an idiot.
Then the order taker argues with me......what?!?
I live in an apartment.. I have placed a LOT of orders with this same location and the delivery person ALWAYS has to call me and tell me the door is locked...NO KIDDING!... this is an apartment building.. Ring the damn buzzer!
Today I missed your sandwiches so much I almost placed a HUGE order for them... when that same unintelligible woman answered the phone my heart sank and I hung up.... byebye Sarpinos. You have gone from the best to the worst so fast. I will miss your food.

I was impressed with your personal touch to customer service! My team and I were equally as impressed with the quality and affordability of your food. We often reward our staff with food to celebrate their accomplishments and have order from many restaurants in the area over the years. Ordering from your establishment was the first time EVERYONE enjoyed their meal from a single restaurant. I must have heard 10 people say your Calzones are the best they've ever tasted and I agree!

My family has over 30 years experience in the restaurant business, including 10 of them at a pizzeria.
I know good pizza, and Sarpino's pizza is simply one of the finest I have ever tasted, be it high-end gourmet pizza or delivery.
The high-end quality of the ingredients is evident from the first bite. The pie's flavor is extremely well-balanced and indicates that a lot of thought was put into the overall recipe. In other words, they did not just slap together their pies without understanding what they wanted the customer to experience when eating it.
With so many new choices arriving in the market lately, it's easy to become exciting over every new thing. Sarpino's is worth shouting about. There simply is no match in this town for combined quality, taste, and price.
