This location is usually great and I never have problems but one time I ordered a pizza with half onions and tomatoes and half cheese ...When I received my pizza the entire pizza had onions on it... After being disapointed I called back and talked to the owner and said he will not replace the order and explained that theres always people trying to get free things and he will not replace the pizza... I was very disapointed

The nurses on the 4ICU at Loyola love Sarpinos and the fact that they deliver great food late. We have been looking for a place for the longest time for the night shift and we were happy to find Sarpinos pizza.

Skimpy/not enough spinach in the spinach salad to share with another person.
Meat sauce for baked lasagna is tasteless -- someone forgot to add salt and it may be missing a few other seasonings.
The meal was a major disappointment.

To Whom It May Concern:
Since I couldn't find an email contact for the specific Sarpinos branch this concerns, I thought I'd write to you. This isn't a complaint about Sarpinos by any means, but more about one of your delivery drivers. On Oak Park Avenue in Oak Park, Illinois this evening (9-28-10) around 8:30, they were driving a bit erratically and unsafely, over the speed limit and cutting other vehicles off. I don't know anything about the make of the car, but it was a light colored vehicle with license plate number K55 8818 (or something very similar; I didn't get a chance to write it down). I certainly wasn't going to bother police, as I'm sure they have much more important things to deal with, but I thought I'd shoot you guys an email about it anyway.
I'm guessing they were headed back to the closest Sarpinos branch location, which was in the 6500 block of North Avenue.

We love this pizza! In this economy, we're very selective on where we spend our money but we order all the time - weekdays and weekends. Coupon#17 is a fabulous deal - large 2topping, wings and garlic brad or 2litre all for under $20!! The Pizza is AWESOME -WIngs are good too! Delivery is fast, phone ordering is pleasant. LOVE IT!!

Wanted to inform you all that my parents and I were very pleased with the Vegetarian Calzone Wrap with Ranch. This is the first time I tried the food and will go back every time I have a taste for pizza. Also wanted to thank the lady that was kind enough to bring the meal to my vehicle after I sat longer than the required ten minutes. I recently gave up meat so at times it's hard to find a great menu item...Great job!

I've been ordering from this restoraunt for about a year. Usualy i order a delivery,wich I absolutely love - always on time! Yesterday I went for a a pick up. The food is delicious, the service attentive, prompt and very good! Best take out italian food I have ever had!

You should publish nutrition information on your webpage. It helps your customers make informed decisions about what to order. I love your pizza but I also like to know what I'm eating when I order!
