I hadn't ordered from this location in 6 months because of all the mistakes, LATE and COLD orders, however thought I'd give another chance.
The first pizza I ordered on Tuesday was brilliant. Delicious.
I repeated my order the next night and it was WRONG! Unbelievable! The driver went across the street rather than to my house, then discovered his error when he saw me standing in the doorway.
The pizza was WRONG and COLD!!
I will NEVER order another pizza from ANY Sarpino as a result of their continued and endless ineptitudes.

AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!my order is wrong. I have not ordered in over 1 year hoping things would change. AGAIN, I am paying for things I do not receive. This is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. I will never ever order from this low life place again. I can't believe they cannot get 1 orderer straight. That is why I quit ordering. So when I talked to the person on the phone I thought I stood a chance, but I can see I was wrong. Do not order from Oakdale they will get it wrong every time guaranteed. that is the only guarantee that you will get from this place!

I ordered a large pizza along with a Caesar salad. The cheesy breadsticks with free with order. The pricing was great compared to competitors and the food was absolutely delicious. The customer service however was not up to par. My order took an hour to be delivered, and we live about 10 minutes away from the location in question. I repeatedly called to check on my order to make sure everything was going okay, and I was put on hold four times before anyone verified with me that "My order should be on its way". They hung up before I could verify the order number. They gave me the wrong dipping sides even though I paid out the extra to get my specific kind.

Overall, we have been very happy with Sarpino's. Delivery is, for the most part, timely and the pizza is high quality.
Two nights ago, we ordered a Hawaiian pizza. The pizza was burnt and hard in places; the toppings were disproportionate; the pizza had to be re-cut, because slices were not breaking free; and we received the wrong sauce. We have a photograph of the pizza available on request.
This is one of the few problems we've had but thought to supply the feedback, because had this been our first order, we probably would not have ordered a second time.

I ordered my usual 2 pizza's with extra sauce and when I opened the box of one of them and it was the driest flattest looking thin crust not supposed to be pizza I called and had it remade and picked it up and they put so much sauce on it, it was ridiculous and very sarcastic I was a regular once twice a month and have had a few experiences like this with them now it's to expensive to have bad service ill be trying Red Savoys right next to them next time

I am always extremely pleased with not only the food but the service as well with this location. However, tonight my friend and I ordered a calzone each and we requested a ranch sauce and a greek sauce with the ham and cheese and gyro calzone. We both ended up receiving marinara sauce. Which is fine, but the greek sauce is always so good with the gyro. It's important to remember the right sauce when you require a customer to choose the one they want. Again, overall great food and service. Thank you.

pizza was amazing- i live about 6 miles from your store- yea it took a little long but not many pizza places have that kind of exteneded delivery area- the driver was very polite and that means big tip- thank you for another wonderful experiance!

This is in regard to order number 336741, placed with the Oakdale, MN Sarpino's at 3:34PM in accordance with the confirmation email. As I have done numerous times I placed my order online and was expecting it in the normal delivery time of 45 minutes. After 45 minutes I phoned the Oakdale Sarpino's at 4:25PM after waiting 50 minutes for my order and was informed by Mark that my order was in route, after which I thanked him and ended the call. At 4:47PM after still not receiving my order I phoned Sarpino's once again, and was connected to a gentleman with an accent who informed me that my order was on its way without requiring any information what so ever regarding my order. I asked him if he needed any information regarding my order to ensure that it was in fact on it's way as I was informed that approximately 25 minutes ago when I had phoned. He then proceeded to place me on hold. A gentleman by the name of Peter then picked up the phone, he asked me the required information to find my order and placed me on "hold" while leaving the phone off the hook so I may listen to the conversations going on inside of the restaurant regarding my order. He then came back to the line and informed me that my order had been attempted to be delivered to a hotel that I used to manage (Best Western Regency Plaza formerly Wingate Inn). I explained to Peter that the address of the hotel was 970 Helena Ave N vs my address of 1713 Margaret St as is stated on my email confirmation. He then proceeded to carry on a conversation with a staff member regarding my order and informed me that he was not sure why my order was brought to the wrong place and returned to the restaurant. He offered to place a few complimentary pizzas on my account for future orders or he would remake this pizza so that it would be fresh rather than cold. I informed him that I still do have children here that need to eat before I attend a meeting at which point he informed me that he would remake the pizza and send it out on a "single run" in no longer than five minutes. My order arrived to my home at 5:15pm (25 minutes after ending my phone call). The driver with a strong accent came to the door and gave me a 2-liter bottle of Sprite and explained that it was for me and my troubles. I said thank you, signed my credit card receipt (paying my full bill) and brought the food into the children. I opened the pizza box and clearly saw that this was not a fresh pizza, the restaurant had in fact placed the pizza in the oven to re-heat it as I have done with leftovers from Sarpino's in the past. The sauce was cold to the touch, and I had to reheat it myself in my oven. My salad was warm, it was in the same box as the pizza, and was above room temperature, I had to put the salad in the fridge to eat it after my meeting. I have been a "regular" customer of Sarpino's for quite some time, working and living in the area and this is the first time that I have encountered a problem like this. So after re-heating the pizza that I waited almost two hours to receive, not being able to have my dinner prior to my meeting, has left a sour taste in my mouth. The gal who took my order was very nice. the guy who delivered it was very rude pretty much ripped the money from my hand never asked if i wanted change mumbled under his breath thank you and stormed off. I have ordered from this pizza place alot and have almost always been satisfied but that put a bad taste in my mouth from that guy and not sure what to think anymore.

Not only does this support my numerous complaints over the past 2 years, but demonstrates the incompetence of the owner(s) to resolve issues such as mine or even manage that location.

I used to order pizza from this location twice or three times a week until they began getting the orders wrong. Now I order only occasionally and now I recall why.
My pizza was out for delivery for nearly an hour and I had phoned the store at 40 minutes to enquire about my pizza. It normally takes 15 minutes to reach my house from that location.
They were apologetic and said they would "make it right," however when the pizza arrived, it was ICE COLD and rubbery. I could have cooked a gourmet dinner and already eaten in the time it took for me to be robbed by this location again.
I will NEVER order from Sarpino's again because I've had the final POOREST experience I can take from you.

I really enjoy Sarpino's Pizza! Today on the other hand was a completley different story. Unfortunatley our pizza was cold and our wings were...AWFUL! They were barley cooked and had NO SAUCE on them, unless you consider the little in the bottom of the pan. I will order again because I am hoping that this was just a fluke mistake and that next time will be better!

Just wanted to thank the person who opened this morning. Even though it was about 20 minutes before 10 - they still took my order and were so nice! I work at a school, and the pizza was delivered right in time for our 1030 lunch! Great experience!

I recently had a bad experience with Sarpino's and posted some feedback on their webpage. Within minutes, I received a phone call from the manager asking how he could fix the mistake and offered me a free pizza. He also went as far as to credit my Sarpino's account $50 for future use. This was WAY more than I was expecting and was very pleased with their need to make sure that I was happy. It is very refreshing to deal with a company that cares about their customers as much as Sarpinos-customer service is clearly thier #1 priority! Thank you Sarpino's of Oakdale, all of their staff, and manager Teddy, I am a very satisfied customer!

This pizza is ok, but it takes over an hour to be delivered and when it finally does show up, it is cold and the drivers are usually rude and disrespectful.

I stopped ordering for about 1 year because my order would be wrong every time. I would pay for extras that I would not get. So today I ordered and even wrote on the special insturctions "don't forget the sauce" I paid for 1 extra. Well guess what. Surprisingly I got 1 sauce and the delivery man told me they almost forgot that one. I wonder how they even stay in business. they can't even seem to do the job right!

I paid an extra 0.49 for the garlic sauce, I realized after the delivery boy had left that I was given ranch dressing. Normally I have very few problems, but since I paid extra and got the wrong condiment I wasn't pleased.

Both of our pizzas were delicious, and we were pleasantly surprised at the extended delivery area! Our only complaint is that the driver got lost for a while, but our house is a little hard to find.

I ordered a desert pizza and tiramisu. I never received it. I called about the order and I was told that I would not be charged for it, yet I was. I called to try to get a refund, but to no avail. I received no refund, nor a coupon. All I am asking, is for a coupon or a refund.

I've been ordering from Sarpino's since I moved to Saint Paul in 2007. I've NEVER been disappointed. Sometimes they forget the dipping sauce, sometimes it takes longer than you'd like, but this food is outstanding. So you can chock up the first thing to human error and the second to awesome and devoted customers. I've had their pizza (regular and dessert), their sandwiches, pasta, and for the first time tonight I tried a calzone. I've never had such delicious or savory delivery food. The only thing I have ever been marginally disappointed in was a salad I ordered once. I will continue to be a customer and I will even drive for pick up when I am out of the delivery zone. Thank you ALL for making such delicious food. I'll definitely be ordering a calzone again. DELICIOUS.

First time I had ever tried Sarpino's. I had been having alot of heartburn this past week, so I took some heartburn medicine. and ordered your pizza (sausage, black olive).
