Store refused to deliver to my home, even though it states on your website that you deliver to my zip code. I don't understand how a company does not want my business.

I placed an order with the downtown Minneapolis location online. The website redirected me to page saying that the Minneapolis location was not accepting online orders and indicated that I should choose a different location. I then chose the Roseville location. I then got email confirmations from both sites. I called the Minneapolis site to cancel my order from their location. All they told me was the driver will be there soon. I then called Roseville and explained the situation. I was redirected to the manager who listened to my dilemma and told me to accept whichever arrived first. Not only did Roseville arrive 23 minutes earlier, but the food tasted better than the food I have had in the past from Minneapolis. Better food, faster delivery and a much better display of professionalism from Roseville has gained all of my future business. Chris (the manager) really made me feel as a valued customer and not just another delivery to get out.
Thank you so much to Chris and the entire Roseville crew for giving me a wonderful experience tonight.

Just wanted to say the Roseville Sarpinos is the absolute BEST. Not only in regards to the food, but the service as well!! The orders are always perfect, the delivery guys are the nicest and I couldn't ask for more when I'm wanting lunch brought in at a spur of the moment. Incredibly fast delivery!!!! This is my first time ordering. I got coupons recently in the mail. I really liked the menu. Much more sophisicated than "normal" pizza joints. The services was really fast. I got 10% for ordering online and got emails confirming the order and when it went out for delivery. Great service and the food was really good. Definitely would recommend!

Once again I'm ordering in lunch at work today and just have to have Sarpinos. Not only is the food always prepared just perfect, delivered extremely timley, it's always hot on delivery and the employees that deliver are the best! Our office has used Sarpinos several times for meetings, etc. and we couldn't as for any more! Just wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU! We're quick to express poor service, but we don't say THANK YOU FOR EXCELLENT service enough, so THANK YOU FOR THE EXCELLENT SERVICE. I order from the Roseville Sarpinos location quite frequently and not until recently have I met a woman deliverer.. I immediately liked her. The next time I ordered I was hoping it was her that would deliver it and it was! I asked her for her name and it's Raina! So if a girl delivers to you from this location, tip her a lot! She's awesome! :)

We just LOVE your pizza! When we have out-of-town visitors we always place an order to show how great our local pizza is! One problem though, we can't select a coupon and the 10% discount for ordering online. The brochure clearly indicates this is available. Hope you can fix this online problem!

We frequently buy your pizzas and they have always been fantastic, but our last two purchases (Sunday Feb 28 & Sun Mar 7), the crust was extremely tough. It wasn't as good fresh or as leftovers. What did you guys do? The kind of change brings you guys down to Pizza Hut and Papa Jonh's level with higher prices. On the bright side, on my last order, they put lots more feta than normal and made it way better (normally, barely any feta is on there and barely taste it - only previous disappointments with your pizzas).

We finally tried Sarpino's due to a coupon and were blown away. Love that there's an option for extra sauce and that you don't even need a coupon, the 2nd pizza is always discounted. Sarpino's is all good! Bigger taste at a smaller price! We won't be ordering from that "papa" place anymore! Thanks Sarpino's!

I have to say that I have really enjoyed Sarpinos Pizza. However I am sad to say that because of the recent change to the Santa Fe Chicken Pizza I will not be ordering from there again. I would highly suggest bringing back the old sauce. It was much better. I thought it was Fabulous!

This was my and my wife's first time eating pizza from Sarpino's. After we took our first bites from the bacon cheeseburger pizza and the pizza with gyro, black olive and feta cheese, we were EXTREMELY PLEASANTLY SURPISED by how DELICIOUS the pizza was!! We'll be back again!

When Sarpinos in Roseville first opened, my husband and I were so excited by the menu - we have since tried several of their gourmet and specialty pizza's and love them all! The toppings are fresh and cooked to perfection - veggies just crisp enough to know they're fresh, generous portions of meat, and delicious dough and sauces. We no longer order pizza from anywhere else. Sometimes we order more than once in a week. It's truly a family favorite around our dinner table!
