Been ordering from you for about a year and when we splurge on pizza we order from sarpinos. Always have been happy with quality and service but have to tell you not happy with order tonight. Took about an hour and twenty minutes for delivery and understand friday nights are busy but pizza was barely warm and ordered spicy buffalo wings and got bbq wings instead. Just thought you should know.

called to order a pizza 45mins before the closing time stated on your website and no one answered the call at all. very unhappy with your business. Remembered Sarpinos was a company that accommodated late night orders but no one answered our phone call to fulfill our order VERY disappointing! WILL NOT call in the future

We have 5 kids and are able to feed everybody's different tastes for a reasonable price using store specials. We continue trying different gourmet & specialty pizzas but have yet to try one that is any less than incredible. Awsome product... good deals. Hook us up with full nutritional facts on the various pizzas, for those of us counting weight watchers points, and you get a PERFECT SCORE from us. Thanx Sarpino's.

Top notch service and food! I will only order pizza from this restaurant. The manager is awesome and very professional. It is refreshing to see a manager who truly cares about his customers and offers the best food and service. Hats off to Sarpinos in St. Charles, Il.! Try the triamasu. It is out of this world!!!

My boyfriend and I first tried Sarpinos 2 weeks ago.. It is by far the best pizza around!! Have amazing deals, we also have reccommended it to family and friends and they loved it.. Great customer service!

We were surprised by the options of the menu, you dont just have to get the classic pizza, pasta, or appetizers. There are salads and calzones for everybodys taste! The calzone we had today was awesome! Cooked just right!

This was the first time we went to Sarpino's and it won't be the last. The service was great, and the manager was very accommodating; not to mention the food was ftastic! We will definetly be back!
