One of the best pizzas I have had in a long time. The Italian sausage had some FIRE and the Hawaiian was wonderful. Your sauce is beyond words!!!

Too bad the only way I could order online was to use a password, even as a guest. I was paying cash and you had all the necessary delivery info. I couldn't remember the password, gave up and ordered from Dominos. Online ordering should be easy.

Ordered a pizza at 0130 in the morning and was assured it would be there no later than an hour from order time. It never came. I went by later that day to ask them about it and they made me another pizza, which was fine but never apologized about the first pizza never showing up. Not only that when they handed me the pizza that I had already paid for the night before they said, "Here's your free pizza." I reminded them that it was not free as I had paid for it the day before. To which they replied well it wasn't the people on this shift so we can't help you with that. POOR customer service. Won't ever order from that branch again!!!! I'd advise others to be very careful when they order from this place as well.

1.5+ hours for delivery? If you're gonna put out coupons, you're gonna be busy. Plan on it. Especially on Sunday night, when few places are open and what is open, closes early. Picked up pizzas instead, and as good as expected. Might want to offer a free soda or something to those who agreed to carryout after declining the looooong wait...

This pizza is so good we drove over 150 blocks for it, and will certainly do it again sotime!! What does that say about it. We manged to get it home and didn't even need to warm it up. Pizza came out of the oven just as we walked in the door. Try it, you won't regret it!

I can tell that you use quality fresh ingredients. Which is why i gave you guys a second try. But both time i ordered pizza, every pizza when ever you bit into them all the cheese and toppings would just slide off in once piece.

I am not from around here and had my first taste of the buffalo chicken calzone and fell in life. It is absolutely delicious! I ordered one tonight for my last night in the area since I can not get them back home and this one was the best hands down. Thanks to the cook this evening!!

I placed an order for carry out late last night. When I got there the doors were locked, but they let me in to pick up my food. The power had gone out several times but luckily my food had been prepared. It was on the house (I guess because they couldn't ring it). Food was great! Thankful, because when I got home my power was out too and didn't come back on for a couple hours. Glad I had some hot food!

It was easy to order on line, and the delivery was fast,and the delivery man was very helpful. I didn't order thin crust, but will next time. I didn't like the thick crust

great food, loved the salad, bread on the wheat meatball sandwich = so so, but who gets a meatball sand on wheat right ? should always get in on a hoagie. Gal who managed on the nite shift does a bang up job of checking orders and running her crew...... great take out..... there for the "One Thing" conference.... at the Convention Center.. thnks.

I talked to the manager today, and he was really rude to me saying that I order everyday, and I call up and complianing about their food. I have been ordering from this store for 4 months now. and usually when I get my sandwhich it is perfect, other times The sandwhich was made wrong. I am a diabetic and have to eat because I don't want my blood sugar to drop. One of the delevry men came to my apartment, knocked on my apartment door so hard that I thought he was going to break it down. God for bid that they will become diabetics and see how people treat them. I was told that I just wanted free food, and that is not true. I live on a fixed income and to pay 8-9 dollars for a sawhich is kinda high. Maybe they should fire the manager there and hire someone that will be kind to the customers and treat them with respect, after all we pay the prices, we should get great food for the price. So I am letting people beware of the people that bring you food out to you. The sandwhich I got today didn't have what I wanted on it. The reason I call a lot because I do not have a car to go out and get food. I just hope they are nicer to the other people out there. I was out of food and need to eat, that is why I call your store a lot.

We ordered pizza from Sarpino's online. According to our screen at the time of the order, our order was received. After about an hour, we had not seen a delivery person, so we called the store. The person who answered told us that it would be fifteen more minutes. We hung up and waited. Thirty plus minutes later, we called back because we still had not seen our pizzas, and we are a five minute drive from the store. They told us that our order had never been received and that we should just reorder. At that point, we had all been waiting over an hour and a half, and were uninterested in resubmitting an order with this company. We were most perplexed by why someone told us they had the order and it would be fifteen minutes, when in reality, no order had ever been received. We were really disappointed in this string of events, as we are very close to Sarpinos in proximity and would have very likely used them as our go-to delivery place. Unfortunately, they did not leave us with a good impression and we likely wont return. We like supporting new businesses, but they have left us with a very negative impression.

My girlfriend turned me on to Sarpino's for a whole week she had my lunch delivered from Sarpino's. It was the Spinach,Pineapple, Fresh Spinach with a salad, the Calzone which the size of it blew me a way. their ingredients are very fresh and very tasty. I have been hooked every since, their pizza pies are the best since coming here from Chicago where Giordano has rained supreme. I've not had a better Pizza here in KC and have tried Minsky's, the Bronx and the regular pizza chains. Since having Sarpino's I really don't want anyone else pizza.

Sorrento Delight on thin crust was disappointing. Extremely greasy. Tomatoes not cut as shown, I'm a big on round cut tomato. Primo Capicollo appeared to be missing the italian sausage. Wrong dipping sauce on first order. Also did not get my entire address on first order, missed their call, may have delayed delivery slightly. Both times I've tried to order online only for server to be down, at least one month apart. Frustrating. Other pizzas were awesome. Thanks!

Tonight was my first time ordering pizza from Sarpino's. Delivery time was as promised and the driver was courteous. I ordered an XL, thin crust pizza with sausage and cheese. Overall, I would say the pizza is pretty good. The sausage was fantastic, but I could have used a bit more cheese. It was light on the sauce, but I like it that way. My only gripe was that the crust was soggy- and that's a HUGE problem for me. I'll try it again sometime, but you still have some work to do.

Awesome pizza! this sarpinos provided pizza at the nearby gametop's call of duty modern warfare 3 game launch. Staff was super friendly and handed out pizza to customers in the long lines, I'm never ordering from another pizza joint besides sarpinos again, went back today got a great calzone, I highly recommend the sausage supreme!

The italian pizza was fantastic. The part I was impressed with was the delivery. Robert, the gentleman who delivered the pizza was extremely professional and prompt. Too often I order a pizza from other places and when it is delivered it is more of a "Here you go, sign here, see ya." It is nice to know people still understand eye contact and a smile go a long way. I hope your business knows what a professional employee they have with Robert.

My first review was lukewarm, but after re-evaluating...PHENOMENAL product! Cold, rainy night so they were super busy and it took a while, but worth the wait. Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. Period.

Delivery time was a bit longer than expected (50 min.), however I didn't mind that too much. The sandwich was excellent, however, I noticed that there weren't any mushrooms added like I ordered. Not too big of a deal, just make sure the cooks are more attentive. Order#377

I love the quality of food and service that the store in Westport Mo, provides from the second you walk in the door. The staff is more then happy to answer any questions that you may have and can explain any product on the menu. The qualify far exceeds the rest of the other pizza shops around and you can see that the kitchen is clean and organized. Thank you for coming to Westport!

This was my first taste of Sarpino's pizza. I ordered a simple 12" pepperoni pizza in person and picked it up. The pizza was great! I really liked the robust sauce which makes it si much more delicious than the other pizzas in the Westport area. Excellent product without a doubt!

...Wow. I didn't think anything could be spicier than the hot lovin' my mate and I made tonight. Boy, was I wrong! Saprinos spicy pizza burned, but in the best way. It tingled with flavor. Next time I feel the need to climax, no spending money on expensive tricks for me. I'll just buy myself a sarpino's pizza baked fresh and hot (emphasis on hot) and let it explode in my mouth... with flavor.
